PS1 is such a treasure trove, with masses of games for all genres, including very niche genres. My faves include point & click adventures such as Discworld, Myst and Broken Sword games. I do love all the other genres too, mind. PS1 era rally games, for example, from Colin McRae to V-Rally, have aged incredibly well and are still shockingly good.
@@smaldor It is also impressive how they managed to port lot of very complex PC games to PS1. Wing Commander 4, Civilization etc etc. Just amazing how the little console could run all these big PC games.

Yeah, I was trying not to count games that were also big on other platforms, but I also loved Riven
