Great Video... I've been using Lightburn for a while but still got something out of it... I was wondering if you could help me with a slight problem I started encountering... Lets say I'm scoring a square with beveled edges... It slows down on the turns and scores correctly but out of the turns it speeds up fast and scores very light... just started happening a few weeks ago. 80 watt laser, 150/15 speeds. any ideas?

Have been looking for a video that shows the Bolt cutting, as some reviews say it's not a cutting machine. I needed to know that it can, indeed, cut well. My laser crafts are as much, or more, cutouts as engravings. I feel your video has shown me that I could depend on it to be the cutting machine I need. Just felt that for all that money, it should cut as well as it engraves. Also, your lesson in Lightburn gave me confidence that I could learn it within a reasonable amount of time. I'm 73, reasonably techy, but new programs can feel intimidating! I've subscribed!

Great video! I'm confused - on my Bolt my Tool layer isn't labeled that like it is on yours. Also the measurements of my workspace aren't round numbers for some reason. Any help will be much appreciated! I replicated this exact same job and my estimated time is 20 mins. Not sure what happened.

You can turn the labeling for the layers on and off> Gear Icon> Show Palette Labels.
You can also control your grid spacing in the same popup window.. But the numerical value will change depending on how deep you zoom

Why do you have a start-delay? Do you need to set it up manually?

To allow our inline digital fans to ramp up speed and start moving air prior to starting a job
