Sorry for the slight confusion and misinformation. I will try and fix that with future uploads. Thanks for the feedback I appreciate it.
Then it's not a supercell issue. All the games are entirely run by one Dev team. Saying supercell is bad because they have some bad Dev teams is honestly dumb. They have just as many good ones
@@giannis632 only Clash royale is a P2W and its the worst game Supercell developed Every other game is good for F2P players I didn't spend a dime in Brawl Stars and still got EVERY SINGLE BRAWLER In CoC you just have to wait for upgrades or rush (im not doing it just bcuz i want)
The SBMM in Clash Royale is also really crappy. It’s not a ranked based SBMM, but more of a “You won your last game so you have to lose this one now,” kind where it intentionally matches you with people that are near guaranteed to make you lose.
the problem with supercell is that the dev teams for different games are completely different, for example clash royale is mostly ptw, but their newest game (clash mini) has nearly no way to pay money to progress faster and its completely f2p friendly
Seeing everyone call out "the dev team", as a developer with the experience I have, I can reassure you that it's 99% likely that the devs simply listen to commands from higher-ups, like product managers and stakeholders. I doubt the devs themselves make much off of this, unless they hold any stock shares, where even then, to gain miniscule amounts of money by doing the playerbase like that would be absolutely petty and incompetent. So for the most part, I would blame the ones making the decisions, and eventually allowing those decisions to pass. Because even if the devs were to be proposing those changes, the higher-ups, or at least the product manager will have the final say.
As a dev I hate “the devs” being synonymous with “the multi billion dollar company” cause we don’t make the decisions and my company payroll certainly knows the distinction lmao

yeah this is mostly clash royale related. Yes, the other games are pay to win and transation-marketing, but clash royale is different in: marketing, dev team, prices, influence and the game itself (it's all worse). HayDay is probably the least greedy (idk I played it for like 2 days), then clash of clans, then brawlstars, and then clash royale.
I see brawl stars going down the same path as the newer way of unlocking brawlers is so much harder before you just played the game opened boxes and got brawlers from the trophy road now you have to get what ever the blue tokens are which could only be obtained through the brawl pass or get very little from the trophy road and before I was like surely there not doing all this on purpose but recently the brawl pass can only be bought with real money
I feel like this is more of a clash Royale dev team problem than a supercell problem because their other games are thriving or at least not being super greedy compared to clash Royale
This is still something that I want to make a video about but here it is: The predatory monetization is what made me quit Brawl Stars after 5 YEARS. Brawl Stars was THE mobile game for me and in a way, I still really like, the gameplay is fun, simple but it is deep enough to be interesting playing on a competitive level, the characters are great and I have a tremendous respect for all the artists that work on this game. If Brawl Stars was a paid game that you pay ONCE and unlock everthing by playing the game, I would go back immediately because honestly... I always thought the lootboxes and the monetization system were fricking awful. Who's the insane person that thought it would be a good idea to attach PROGRESSION ITEMS to LOOTBOXES and BATTLE PASSES?!?!
Honestly, I'm glad that they banned russian players from playing their games. Not that it stopped anyone (VPNs exist), but at least now I finally have a reason to touch grass instead of playing Brawl Stars.
Thanks for watching the video! Any and all feedback is welcomed and I appreciate your support! Let me know what other things you might want me to cover ❤
Kinda fascinating, the same thing is happening in helldivers 2, they release insanely overpowered gear every few weeks, then nerf it into shit within a week or 2.

A similar issue has started to happen to brawl stars to a lesser extent. I was really good at the game, but I felt like it had to be my full-time job to be able to level up every new power level and character they added.

For a personal example, I pulled LL Mastered Ultra Instinct Goku, but to this day he's at the very base level because my luck is terrible. *core game mechanics* should not be gated behind luck and money. That shit is the worst
bro was eliminated💀🙏
“I’m looking to do more things” *Leaves*
Bro came to dunk on supercell and dipped, it has been so long ago it came up twice
I got a supercell ad 😭
Bruh i got 2 supercell game ads before the video started
I love how OJ is trying to not get kicked from the creators program lol
He meat rides CR so bad now. Any bad thing about them he defends with as much as he can(excluding level 15)
new titel: I HATE Clash Royale...
Got a Clash Royale ad before watching this
If supercell ever tanks brawl stars the way they're tanking clash royale I'd be heartbroken honestly
true, brawl stars is in a pretty good state and going in a pretty good way and has been for almost a year
@@boozeman06brawl stars should have died the day brawl pass season 3 was released. i left the game then and never played and will never play again.
@@CharaDreemurr_Undertaleno it shouldn't it becamed more popular and better than ever because of their cool f2p updates
@@CharaDreemurr_Undertale that's your problem not the games' 'cause there have been some pretty cool updates

Hot take: Yes
Do I think you normally play crl: probably not
Do I think that this game is p2w: Yes
Is level 15 bad for f2p players: Yes
Is Supercell going to fix the level 15 incident in the near future: yes
Is crl fun: yes
Is this a bad take: yes
Dude, I think everything in this video is highly exaggerated, they added level 15 and yes, even though it's going to take 15 years it doesn't really matter. I play the game for fun and don't understand why people are mad about this. It's really not that bad and let alone versing level 15 cards with say level 14 cards. They might make some other updates in the future that'll settle this issue but for now, it's probably not good to make hot takes this early.
I literally got a Clash Royale ad before this video 💀
I got an ad from supercell 💀💀
I got a supercell ad before this video💀

Great video and it sucks that this game has stooped so low to get a penny, bc it used to be I played almost everyday for a few years but ever since these newer updates and I can’t even bring myself to play the game anymore
I had a friend who would complete 80% of the clan chest when it use to be total crowns lol. I miss it, and it sucks the way the game is turning out. Thanks for watching the video! I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Didn t know making a video every other week would mean every other year.
4:35 oh please, clearly you haven't played tf2
tf2 is actually fun
yeah this is mostly clash royale related.
This guy must have a separate account because his editing is too good for his first time
he knew exactly what he was doing with the crusher clip at 4:12
I got two supercell ads in a row on this video
I see brawl stars going down the same path as the newer way of unlocking brawlers is so much harder before you just played the game opened boxes and got brawlers from the trophy road now you have to get what ever the blue tokens are which could only be obtained through the brawl pass or get very little from the trophy road and before I was like surely there not doing all this on purpose but recently the brawl pass can only be bought with real money
I feel like this is more of a clash Royale dev team problem than a supercell problem because their other games are thriving or at least not being super greedy compared to clash Royale
This is still something that I want to make a video about but here it is:
The predatory monetization is what made me quit Brawl Stars after 5 YEARS.
What Do Russians Have To Do With Touching Grass?
(Unless You Were Russian Without A VPN)
Lmao i got a supercell ad before i could watch this video
Thanks for watching the video! Any and all feedback is welcomed and I appreciate your support! Let me know what other things you might want me to cover ❤
TIP. Make sure you pin your comment so it is at the top
I think the p2w aspect of supercell may be tencent who partially owns supercell
Your channel is way too small for this type of editing 🔥🔥🔥
@@bettercallseal no because is only happening to clash royale
Bro it's your first video? It's damn good

Blud spoke facts for 13:04 mins and dipped actual legend
Kinda fascinating, the same thing is happening in helldivers 2, they release insanely overpowered gear every few weeks, then nerf it into shit within a week or 2.
tbh the brawl stars dev team has been taking HUGE STEPS to minimalize spending money on the game, reducing payments to mostly only cosmetics. (they added a free to play currency that you can buy those cosmetics for, but you can buy the cosmetics instantly if you get them with real money.
Underrated❤
Thank you I appreciate the support!
A similar issue has started to happen to brawl stars to a lesser extent. I was really good at the game, but I felt like it had to be my full-time job to be able to level up every new power level and character they added.
Supercell making brawl stars, clash of cland, hay day, squad busters: 😁😃😄😀
Supercell making clahs royale: 😡🤬😠💀😈👺
Blud made one absolute banger and dropped off the face of the earth, where'd bro go 💀
i got two supercell adds before starting this video and i watched both fully
Bro thinks that Clash Royale is the only Supercell game
bro is excusing predatory practices by giant corporations
The effects of the downfall of Supercell can be directly seen in the TPS hockey team
I always thought their discography was decent
7:02 Gotta love an OJism
0:11 - Uh, did they have an Eppstein thing running or what exactly?
Pretty sure his post was a fearmongering post in opposition to acknowledging that LGBT exists in schools or something like that. Honestly, if a dogwhistle is too thinly veiled, it's perfectly fine to distance your company from someone like that.

thank god its the clash royale team that sucks, brawl stars still worth
EA, Activision and Ubisoft....the Trifecta
The supercell agents got him 💀
i think one of the worse things in clash royale is the face you can unlock cards before you get to the arena for example getting legendarys especially when they make events to get the card and if u get 3 losses ur done unless u pay money
Great video but you should’ve talked about the Pass Royale update it stands right next to level 15 as one of the worst updates
Well that was a disingenuous start about the activision/EA segment
They stopped sponsoring that Nick guy because of his comment on a a video of "proud boys" members physically assulting LGBTQ+ protesters
Activision is beyond an awful company (look up the employee who committed suicide and the reasoning behind it at their conpany) but that decision is literally one of the few good things they ever did
A mobile game being evil, who would have know.
4:32 honestly what's more sad/concerning is the fact that a lack of update for less than a year was enough to prty much kill the game
not really, imagine if fortnite did something like that, their playerbase would slash loads
@@replix4458 i mean they are both games that rely on constant fresh content to keep ppl interested
