Amazing work! Thanks so much for sharing. My daughter is interested in Architecture and this was really helpful to help me understand what's involved for a portfolio!
I think another reason that women were more direct in the male gaze outfit is maybe because they wanted you to feel more confident in it while for the female gaze outfit they could already feel your confidence
hey so im looking into architecture as a major but dont really have a portfolio ready for applying to universities , I would say im pretty mediocre at art swell . What do I do to make sure this is for sure the stream I want to go into and if so like how do I start on my portfoilio
What were ur stats? I'm really appealed to Syracuse but I know the architecture program is highly ranked, did your stats have to be higher to compete with everyone else?
The year that I applied, SATs and ACTs weren’t being considered, but to give you an idea, I had a 35 ACT and 1520 SAT. I had a 3.99 GPA, and 5.12 weighted GPA (I took a bunch of APs). Extracurriculars included yearbook, student council, an Asian culture club, and two out of school architecture programs
I understood it as 12-24 images. the direct requirement is "12-24 high-quality reproductions of your best and most recent art work" (soa.syr.edu/admissions/undergraduate/application-process/portfolio/). I hope this helps, good luck if you're applying!

does it have to be 12-24 separate projects/drawings? Or just 12-24 images?

Great Portfolio, very well done! What software did you use to create this portfolio?
Thanks! I compiled everything in Adobe InDesign and edited the pictures I took in Photoshop.
