How to make Intercooler mounting brackets from scratch! | Toyota Starlet 4efe turbo build.

It's time to finish mounting the intercooler to the EP91 Starlet so we can carry on with the boost pipes. Steel intercooler brackets made from scratch with M6 rivnuts into the vehicle. Can be used for Glanza and EP82 Starlet GT Turbo also...Boost loading!

Hey mate, what did you end up doing for the bonnet catch brace?

I replaced it with a steel bracket to the intercooler and bumper bar. If you don't have a solid bonnet catch brace the bonnet will blow open whilst driving!
