I really want to get a front mount but I don’t no if it’ll fit with my kings winch and I’m not gonna sacrifice my winch for a front mount. That winch has saved my ass heaps.
Another great video. Looking forward to the results. There still seems to be a little room there to fit a winch. What do you think? Do you think you'd be able to install a winch in your current setup?
Cheers Jase, Finished this today, ended up using a trick with a smaller holesaw to go inside the stock holes as a guide, stacking your larger holesaw outside FYI for others - drivers 48mm, passenger 35mm for the smaller holesaws. Ontop of your larger 95mm on an arbor
@@jasereynolds_ cheers for the reply, thats awesome haha literally just bought a front mount kit and was hoping i didnt have to tune it.. did it run better?
great episode mate... bring on part 2
On its way!

Yea it’s a hard trade off! If your engine temps aren’t too bad then might be all good!
Awesome, started on it today, was having trouble with cold side, how did you go getting the pipe on the cold side (driver side)?
Looks good.
How hard will the oil filter be to change out now that the hot side pipes are taking up a bit of the space?
Not too sure mate! But to be fair, the pipe from the turbo was the easiest in terms of the install, can’t imagine it would be hard to remove if needed
That's good to know. Keep up the good work on the channel!!

Yeah there isn’t much room now, but if you get a small enough winch you should be alright!
Thanks. Much appreciated. @@jasereynolds_
Great video Jase, very informative thank you.
No problem mate!
Hey mate is that the 550 or 600 from dats cool? thanks
@@sam-mcginn hey mate! I went the smaller of the 2 options they offer 🤙
Hey Jase,
How did you manage to keep the holesaw steady without bouncing all over the place?
Cant use the pilot drill bit since its an open hole
@@DanielPhungg hey mate! I went slightly to the side of the open hole so that the pilot drill bit could make it steady 🤙

Hey Jase, just unboxing mine now. Did you find the 90mm hole saw big enough?
Yep seemed to do the job!
I noticed you dont have a fan in front of the radiator, and do you know if they have an option for vehicles with a winch ?
Hey mate, you mean if there’s enough space to fit both a fan and winch? I’m not sure unfortunately but it would be tight I reckon!
Mate thanks for sharing this, how are you liking it ?
No worries mate, yeah loving it, was a great decision
@jasereynolds_ cheers with that response I think I better get myself one
Did you have to get it tuned afterwards?
Nah mate, untuned at this stage and no fault codes or anything like that
@@jasereynolds_ cheers for the reply, thats awesome haha literally just bought a front mount kit and was hoping i didnt have to tune it.. did it run better?
How do you go changing the oil filter?
Not too hard with this new set up I imagine! Somewhat similar to normal, might need to move one of the pipes temporarily but you should be sweet👍
Does that all come in a kit pipes and all
Sure does mate!
did you get their 550 kit or 600?
Hey mate, I went the 450 kit. Still heaps bigger than the factory top mount 🤙
What’s the link for the kit?
I got the kit from the fella on Facebook here:
