This is very close to the layout we're planning (pre-planning) so it's super helpful to see the layout mid-build, thanks for making this video! That is exactly where we are considering putting a chest fridge on slides, and I figure with a swivel seat and a cushion that could also become a 2nd/3rd lounge space to put feet up and work fro but still un-decided between that and putting a front facing fridge on the counter next to the shower so its raised up/more kitchen traditional for full-time living convenience. Anyway, your build looks great!
