The rich and powerful are coming for us all. Its just a matter of time. If your mortgage payment is fixed, your insurance will go sky high or your taxes or both. In Florida, i read it already is and many insurers have fled the state. Big companies are gouging us, its not inflation. They learned through the pandemic, if you want something..you will buy it regardless. So basics are just skyrocketing. Apartments, condos, housing is being bought up by investment companies that KNOW you pay or walk the streets. People need to fight back, they are after every dime.

If their income has increased or decreased, based on the AMI, their rent could increase or decrease, the rent is prorated in accordance with their lease date. It's very shady if they were notified of a rent increase effective 7/1, and then once the media starts inquiring, all of a sudden " Oh never mind, the rent will remain the same."...Spare me..

And if it goes up $100 a month and you're bringing in 2000 and that's going to devastate you then you need to change your lifestyle.
