    For me there is nothing more beautiful than seeing a baby monkey get that first hug. I imagine them thinking "I'm a little monkey, this is where I belong". Thank you for giving these beautiful animals a full life and allowing us to see it.

    Another wonderful episode. I loved hearing the night-time noises when Josie was filming the bushbabies. I'm amazed at how far they can go in one jump, and in one case jumping almost backwards! Martha was amazing, wasting no time in leaping straight up onto the platform to grab the babies to quieten and hug them, even tho they were a bit alarmed! Later the comfy bond with Daist Mae was great to see after she'd worked out how to exit the feeding cage - I think she wanted Martha to go in there! Finally, you just gotta love Jethro! He's another big brother like Floki!

    Always so awesome when a baby gets a new mom. I love what all you do for these sweet babies. Lottie was so cute with her "scary" look. Always breaks my heart when a little one like Yonds calls for it's mother. Especially when they see one of the Bandits and can't figure out why no one is coming to it's rescue. Oh, those were cheetahs not leopards. Thanks for taking the time to show us your day to day lives spent with these precious little primates.

  • @koisneurotypical

    Aw, I was really pulling for Daisy Mae! She was so traumatized initially. It's so fascinating to see the many stages they go through. She didn't know whether to cling to Martha or be afraid of her. You could see her internal conflict during the integration! You just have to trust the process, right? I appreciate how you walk us through the many complex steps and explain to us that even though they experience trauma, it all works out in the end. The Foster Mums are incredible. Wild monkeys would have smacked the living tar out of screaming babies, but Pan and Martha are just amazing. I love how Lottie was giving the Carer the "back off" look lol. You can tell she is older and has watched her Mum do the same. So incredibly sad how her Mum passed away. Lastly, it never ceases to amaze me how the orphans, as traumatized as they are, still lend a cuddle to the newbies. They will always comfort the newest member, despite their tenuous situation. Thanks so much for another incredible episode. Hope you all had a wonderful (working) Holiday!

    Happy new year to all of you who have gotten through a year (plus) that has been more challenging than I could imagine, I'm sure. It is captivating to see the changes in the babies from traumatized orphans to being bonded to a new mum. Seeing Daisy Mae's emotional struggle, vacillating between fear of, and acceptance of Martha is a realization of how complex and stressful the integration process can be. It's a privilege to witness that via video, so I very much appreciate your efforts to make that possible. Thank you for another fascinating "visit".

    I SO enjoyed this video! I chuckled alot; loved the "carrot juice" lips!😅...I cracked up!.... I always have trouble remembering names....but the one baby really needed Martha to discipline her, to calm her down... She just kept freaking out.... I've seen other Mom's do that....where they just "grab them" and give em a shake & say "ENOUGH!"... she hung onto EVERYONE... she seemed extremely insecure, for some reason.... Not slot of " playing "; mostly clinging.... That was a bit hard on the other babies😑

    • @Zion45005
      @Zion45005 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I doubt very seriously discipline is what she needed. These poor babies are already afraid of being around so many adult monkeys after mostly being with humans for so long. They do have to have time to adjust. Because her crying annoyed you doesn't mean she needed to be shaken.
