It simply doesn't work with me. I can roll my eyes up, but if I close them and lower my eyelids my eyes come down again.
I took part in clinical hypnosis trials years ago and was told I couldn't be hypnotised.

i've always understood that most people are in a semi hypnotic state for most of their life. There are many actors trying to control our attention by pusuading us of one way or another to see things to suit them. The more emotional bagage one has failed to differentiate from their 'self' , the more subject they are to being coralled either through following or resisting other actors games.
In my book those most susceptible to suggestion (hypnosis) are those who for one rreason or another are less 'present' or conscious of themselves in the world around them ... as it is. Those who are most present are much harder to hypnotise than those already disconnected from reality.

Im glad I’m not the only one. Five minutes later my eyes are still sore. Funny enough my left one goes cock eyed when I roll them all the way back. 😂

The eyeroll did nothing for me...I call BS
What is the mental weakness that allows people to be so suggestive and prone to others direction?
