    Just got my Atto 3 (also in red color) here in the Netherlands 🇳🇱 and I am just loving it every moment. So many things about this car. And especially it had a different interior. Different interior than usual, like every other car has typical and almost the same style Interior.

    In New Zealand they tested charging and many other owners have also found fast charging although they state 80kW have found it gets up to a peak of almost 90kW. Did you test the V2L capability? I personally LOVE the red, #TeamRed, and if I end up with one it will be the Red colour. The interior is a very personal thing definitely, I don't mind it. Is it cheaper than Tesla or other EV's there?

    Great video but 80kW charging is pretty slow by today's standard. Range is good but again with slow charge speed, users may need to charge daily

Upgrade tyres to BETTER ones like Goodyear , Michellin, Prielli , Contential , etc . Personally ...I am going to Upgrade mine to Michellin Primacy.

    the real user review should include the charging experience in Malaysia, like how convinient or inconvinient it is to find one, the waiting experience when charging vs conventional fueling, the situation of charging station installation from manufacturer if you are living in condo/apartment, pricing of charging compared to petrol and also things like cost of maintaining the car. Wheel spin is something that most experienced drivers will know how to 1.avoid or 2.handle. Just tell the driver that this car has a lot of horsepower and to not slam down the pedal. The only drivers that have problems and get surprised by this are newer/inexperienced drivers.

    The tyres squeak, especially on smooth surfaces due the compound they use in the tyres.

    I just went for a test drive. My biggest concern (or my dad's 😂) is it doesn't have a spare tyre. The sa told me they provide a tool kit, idk how that works. Also when we drive in the suburbs where there's very few ev chargers, i wonder what will happen is the car stop in the middle of the road. I wish there's like a power bank to just start it, not sure if a jumper works.

    • @jansenwilder1335
      @jansenwilder1335 ปีที่แล้ว

    • @kdegraa
      @kdegraa ปีที่แล้ว

      The BYD Atto 3 has space for a spare tyre, jack and wheel spanner. The repair kit is mounted in a foam housing the size of a spare. Removing this kit and housing will give space for a spare tyre.
      I’ve read the wheel studs on the Atto are the same pattern as Toyota RAV4s and Camrys. So it might be possible to obtain a cheap spare from a car wrecker.

    For those who dont know.
    its's called torque steer i believe, that made the steering unstable.
    Ways to rectify, get a stickier tyre-(but will hurt your range cus of the rolling resistance) OR, dont floor the throttle when stationary(dont launch your car)?
    Torque steering commonly found in front wheel drive cars with higher powers-thats why more powerful cars are often rear-wheel-drive cars like BMW 3/Merc C class and up.

      Hey man! I’d say I’d wish the display were bigger, but visibility wise it definitely is visible under strong direct sunlight. It’s also not that reflective so all good there!

      No issues. Driven under strong sun light . No issues . Clear without GLARE as it is SHADED from windscreen sunlight.
