a tip: you can watch movies on flixzone. Me and my gf have been using it for watching loads of movies these days.

The log needs to be dry right? I can't just chop off a branch and have it ready in a few days? Yours looks great by the way, I subbed.
+Alex Hi Alex yes you need to let the wood dry out first
You can cut a branch up while it's alive but some of the pieces will split when it dries

Hi what are you using to get the print on coaster? is it some kind of wax paper? thanx. ps great work
+Barry Smith Hi Barry, i printed my logo onto a piece of plain paper using a laser printer then used a soldering iron with a flat tip and applied heat to the backside until the toner adhered to the wood. Hope this helps Mate!

What do you use under the coasters that black stuff?
+Joshua Harrington Hi Joshua, its just 2mm sticky pad, like soft rubber
Did you apply anything to the bottom of the coaster in order to get the sticky pad to stick to it?
+Chris Jensen Hi Chris, no the pad stuck straight to the wood. Just make sure it's clean and free of any dust
how long would it take for a piece of wood to dry?
It depends on how you are drying it, and the climate it’s in
lets say i just cut it a month ago and it has been sitting outside...
Please lose the music... Nothing sounds better than tools and silence...
