I love the round table you made, precisely how you made it👌 It’s absolutely stunning. With that said, can’t wait to see what you’ve done with this highly requested flower-shape!
I'm excited to see the flower shaped one since that's what I thought you were doing with this one but I was also blown away with how this one looked once you made it circular! Really amazing work. I had to do a woodworking project when I was in college and, even with a full shop of tools and a teacher there to help me, I struggled a LOT. I could figure out how to do the calculations for how everything SHOULD go together but making it actually work out precisely enough to function properly and look good is a lot harder than you make it look here. 😅 I'm sure it took a lot of hard work to become this skilled. Great job!
I'm receiving hundreds of comments complaining about not leaving the flower shape, so I've decided to make a small survey. Leave a comment if you think I should make a new table with a flower shape. If I receive many comments in favor, I will consider it for one of my upcoming projects.
I like the idea of a petal/flower style table, but I'd make it from smaller biscuits as the scale would be restrictive for a sale, where a smaller coffee/bistro table would work really well and I can see it being bought for peoples homes. Really liking that you can do this work with a minimum amount of tools in a small space. It gives budding craftsmen hope.
I also thought you'd go for flower and expected to see THAT end result ) as of the round version though I'd not go symmetrical with one cookie in the middle - I'd probably place them in a kinda spiral order or something
I'm glad to see others in the comments who also thought it would've been nice to see it as a flower table! Even if you didn't go in the direction some of us were hoping, it's still a great video, and the finished product is just gorgeous! I wanted to watch it for entertainment purposes but I now have a new design idea I'd like to try someday! I don't think mine could look as neat as yours does but I'd love to follow this video and stop before you cut the table into a circle. That flower table was inspirational!
I THINK THE FLOWER TABLE WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT! IT WAS BEAUTIFUL. I AGREE WITH THE OTHERS WHO FEEL THE SAME. AFTER SEEING THE RESULT, IT LOOKS SHORT. IS IT THE HEIGHT OF A DINNER TABLE OR AN END TABLE? I WOULD PREFER FOUR LEGS, THOUGH I AM NOT SURE HOW THAT WILL LOOK. IT IS BEAUTIFUL AT ANY COUNT.
I saw a floor made this way with cord wood fit together and with an epoxy pour. It was beautiful. We did this 40 years ago over a large cable spool, when we were tired of a card table for the kids. We used that table for 35 years.
Good work. So beautiful how you take your time to include all the steps necessary to take what you have and create a beautiful one of a kind piece. I applaud your skill and artistry🎉
Before you cut it into a round shape it looked like a flower. I think that would have been awesome, although making a mold in that shape would be ridiculously hard. I love your work, your sense of humor, and the way you film your work. I don't love the music in the background, it's a distraction. Please don't think I'm a troll, I just think your videos would be better without the music.😎
Yes, making a mold in that shape would be crazy... I don't consider you a troll, on the contrary, I like to hear the opinions of my viewers. Thank you!
I thought "Why!!!!!" when you started to mark to make it round... Of course, I understand the difficulty of doing it so irregular. But it'd have been (more) beautyfull.
It is fascinating to see how you went from inspiration to calculating how to do your design, to making technical decisions, knowing all the tools, epoxy, and finishes. You have a steady hand when pouring the epoxy and confidence when handling the wood which looked like it could break. Great skill in the woodwork and displaying as you worked it so we could understand it. Very good camera work.
I think when an artist has a vision it can be accomplished. You had a vision and what an ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL table. You are a gifted artist! Thank you for sharing.
Incredible. Thank you for sharing. As someone who cannot cut a two-by-four into two equal pieces and has never used a router, it is incredible to watch an expert make this look easy. I'll never try to do what you did, but I enjoyed watching you very much. Thanx again!

Oh Mama Mia!! This is absolutely gorgeous! I truly love the way you made it! Leave it as a round table, if you cut the flower shape, it will take on more of a garden/outdoor table. The way you have it now is more classy and you can use it this way throughout your home! Fantastic work!!
This is my new favorite channel. My reasons are Great details of all critical steps Great craftsmanship No talking at a camera Thanks. This is a truly therapeutic watch for me.
I started watching recently with your narrated videos, I have to say, it's fascinating how a year of practice has improved your work flow - with learning to raise large center pieces up and keep them level so you can slide the surrounding pieces under to trace without having to re-align everything multiple times, etc. I really liked how it looked before you smoothed it out to a circle, but considering what a nightmare that would be to make a form for, it's not wonder you made it a proper circle - it's still beautiful
Really splendid! I love the thought and work you put into this project! And the finished result is testament to your passion for your art! Thank you for sharing!
First time I saw your channel. I think most people would like to see something more rustic, whereas you elevate it to a work of art, elegant and precise. Your attention to detail is exquisite.
I like the flower shape idea too! The one you finished reminds me of a sun outline from the cracks and seams. I think if you wanted to play up a flower shape but still have a round table, you could fill the background space with really fun colors of resin. Just a thought! Nice work either way. 😁
You CAN have the cake and eat it too! Make a flower shape and make a circular mold around it! This way you have a flower inside the average but more convenient circular table... that would be perfect! And maybe a different colored resin... or a few colors, mixed. That being said, your work is stunningly accurate and beautiful. I've never imagined I could feel so much pleasure just by watching wood being cut 😄 It was fascinating!!! Thank you!
I was mesmerized watching all the hard work you put into it. I really like the round even shape that you have, flower is cute, but the perfect roundness is what I like. You are extremely talented and it's fun watching you work😁
Your skill is so awesome! You can see what it could become before you make it. That takes a special artistic skill to do this! I really liked the music you picked to play-very soothing. Depending on the legs you pick will give it an entirely different look! Thank you for sharing your talent…
