When you weld, it seems so smooth and easy, while we just got back to reality🤪..seeing how it actually is, when someone else is welding! The struggle is real my man! 🤦🏽♂️😂. That’s how it is for most of us. Thank you for your inputs and trying to make better tig welders out of all of us! 👍🏽
Great video I struggle most with how much wire to feed working on my finger dexterity for feeding rod. Good in freehand can’t walk the cup for jack though
I was gonna suggest in my previous comments that you could also be welding instructor. Cause you are pointing the important stuff of the process: Coordination, rod feeding angle, high and low spots ..... Thanks again for all this input. To me it was supper helpfull.
When you say stretch the puddle, are you referring to keeping jt connected but not shoving it in there, hence elongating it and or stretching it. Or do you mean stretch the puddle side to side on the bevel
hello i have some problems overhead on the pipe It always gets sucked back the weld how should i do please do a video on overhead on 168 cm pipe thank u
Thanks bud! Yeah, that would be good starting point, but it is something that will become as second nature once you dial in. More you burn more you’ll learn 😉👍
Odlican video buraz, super to pojasnjavas, ko profesor si 😜.
Hvala ti frende! Jesam, prvo sam krenuo s tigom i samo sam zavarivo tom procedurom oko 10 godina, tek kasnije sam poceo zavarivat s ostalim procedurama. I Naravno, puno volje i varenja. Mislim da mozes, ak imas mirnu ruku, jos nije kasno 😉
I KNOW THIS GUY IS RELATIVELY NEW, BUT HIS GLOVES ARE WAY TOO DAMN HUGE AND HE IS RUNNING THE ROD THROUGH A FOUR FINGER DEATH LOCK, NO WAY HE CAN MANIPULATE IT.. HE STILL NEEDS TO WORK ON HIS TORCH SKILLS AS HE IS NOT GETTING MUCH PUDDLE CONTROL, AND HIS TIGHT GRIP ON THE TORCH IS ALSO HURTING.. I USE INSULATED TIG GLOVES, THEY ARE SMALLER, MORE FLEXABLE THAN STICK/MMA GLOVES, AND ALLOW YOU TO CONTROL THE ROD EASIER WHILE NOT BURNING YOURSELF ON THE PIPE..
So if the rod and the tungsten are pointing towards each other that's when you melt too much rod and get grapes? The tungsten and rod should be closer to 90 degrees? 😊
Hey buddy, yeah something like that. Rod inclination is very important, depends on pipe diameter and other factors such as root pass or fill passes or cap. Grapes are mainly because slow travel speed especially at the top section of the pipe, this is where you need to use dipping techniques on the sides, and around 15-25 degrees approximately. At the bottom section especially on the root pass you can have cold stubs, this is because your improper tungsten inclination. Filler rod angle is changing during root welding, there is no general rule that applies to all, it’s all about individual preference. For all other passes we can use 25-30 degrees angle.
My root?!!😂🤣The person who was welding was my friend , who is 1st Year apprentice welder, to show me how what he is struggling with and asking my guidance! Like everyone in the beginning, he is learning! There are more than 90 videos on my channel that show how my root looks like buddy, with all respect to you!
Give yourself some land and close your root gap to thickness of your wire you will get less penetration. Why waste your time having to put so much fill into your weld

Thank you my friend for your comment. I was where you guys are now, but you will be where I am now, and probably sooner than what took me to get here!
Real🤣🤣
Great video I struggle most with how much wire to feed working on my finger dexterity for feeding rod. Good in freehand can’t walk the cup for jack though
I like the way you hold the wire!
I was gonna suggest in my previous comments that you could also be welding instructor.

Thanks again
for all this input. To me it was supper helpfull.
Thank you my friend for this comment! 😊I am trying to be helpful, as I was a beginner once too, so I understand how hard it is.
Great help for beginners like me ,more videos like this gonna be very helpful!
Svaka cast,zivio.
I’m happy to hear that 👍
Zivio 🍻
Keep making these videos
That’s the plan 👍😉
Another great one👍🏽
Your a great teacher and you have good skills like the videos
This was a great video to watch and learn. Love to see more of these type of videos!
Your move is always helpful for beginners and thanks very much brother I'm also fallow your every move because I want to become a tig welder
Thanks brother 👍

Side to side 👍
Looks like hand to hand combat
Is it too much filler wire ? Also he is not waiting to create good weld pool
What about amps u use on this type of pipe? Bottom or top, differs?
Excelente video mi amigo !!
hello i have some problems overhead on the pipe It always gets sucked back the weld how should i do please do a video on overhead on 168 cm pipe thank u
Amazing videos, burn to learn haha! Im having trouble with the torch inclination, do you wanna be forward 15°-20° ?
Thanks bud! Yeah, that would be good starting point, but it is something that will become as second nature once you dial in. More you burn more you’ll learn 😉👍

I struggle creating the bridge to start a rootpass :(
When im doing lay wire, wire is burning so Quick and i cant control it, why is that?
Lower your amps, find the amps that you can handle, and slowly increase with time.
Nice
Legend
He looks like me 😂
Alstom Vise = union job
Sorry but, isn't his gap a pinch bigger than it needs to be?
It was 5/32 , maybe little bit bigger for him to handle but not big deal.
smaller gap, up the amps. faster and easier
he said "nothing fancy"😂😂,while he knows that he can weld while hes aslepp😂brag
Too hot!
In the UK pipefitters, don't tack butts up,only the welders do that, when happy with the fit up.
Gap to big!
This is how not to weld lol
Плохо
روتك ابد مونظامي روت لازم يكون شبيه الحلقه Your root is never regular. It should be like a ring. With all due respect and appreciation to you

His roots are pure perfection man, I’m sure you are just a super jealous guy and you know you will never reach his level! 👀🤭
To hot ,gap to wide ,no land, needs wire to constantly be in puddle
Give yourself some land and close your root gap to thickness of your wire you will get less penetration. Why waste your time having to put so much fill into your weld
