Man, you seriously deserve your channel to grow so much more and I hope you will get many more subscribers. I think it takes a lot of efforts and work to film and edit these video, and just welding by itself it’s really hard work, as we all know it. I don’t like many other” famous” channels as they mostly have only fish bait videos with content that isn’t helpful at all! Watching your videos has helped me so much to level up and become a better welder! Thank you so much bro! 🤩🤛🏻
Thank you very much for your comment and support brother. I am really happy to hear that my video’s are helpful as this is the purpose of this channel. Once again thanks a lot 💪🙏
I just want to say a huge thank you for posting so many excellent pipe welding videos! I really like seeing how you tackle jobs on site. Watching this channel has given me the knowledge and confidence to go for a better job and progress my career. Genuinely life changing! Thank you so much! 👍
I’m not new to tig welding but I am new to pipe welding. Great video lots of useful info. First couple tig roots I did in pipe had lots of inconsistency and suck back. Gonna keep at it and see if the can get better
Love your videos bud and I really appreciate how you explain every single move you do. It’s so beneficial for us who are beginners at tig welding. My hat is off to you! 🤛🏻👨🏻🏭🥇
Thanks, great video! Haven't you tried special soluble rice paper for purging? Maybe can save some time i.e.form small chamber and purge through the gap or drill a small hole to the side from the weld
Hey bud thanks for your comment. I did weld with that before, and with needle purge as well , but for this particular project, it’s not allowed, I will explain more in my next video.
You are incredible tig welder indeed. Why are you doing fitting part yourself? Shouldn’t that be job of fitters? You are all in one my man, genius!!!✊🏽👏🏽
Hey Mo, thanks for your comment brother. I like to do fitting by myself sometimes as I don’t have patience for pipe fitters , they making science fiction out of fit up.😉Just to show them that I can do their job but they can’t do mine.😂
hey love your videos im at a combo weldintg school and special alloy, on lift arc when not doing a scratch arc motion when and where / how is it safe to lift arc off the pipe to not get any tungsten inclution / breaking of tungston, should you always lift arc on the side of the bevel and is it ok to be having the tungsten stuck right as you lift arcing and have to wingle it loose and then start your free hand ????

Excellent vid m8 did u run the buffing wheel between root and hot pass tho? I'm learning pipe atm on 6 inch carbon slowly getting it, is stainless that much different to weld?
Hey bud thanks for comment. Yes, I did use buffer between passes. To answer your last question, yes it’s different tho . Requires little bit more skills, more arc control and proper set up prior to welding.
Good video for beginners, for sure. I myself use the keyhole and dab from start to finish, with a 5/32 gap 3/32 filler rod .But my amperage is lower than yours
Us welders almost never did fit up. Carpenters setup scaffold, gutters hung the pipe and fitted it for us and then we welded. Sometimes I’d do fitting but usually not.

Hi-low gauge

Well explained

Very interesting My friend. . Salutttt from WELDER MIG 🇮🇩❤️🔥
When closing the root, do you have to turn down purge or did you leave it as is?
Hey bud thanks for your comment. I just leave it as is. In case if purge is pushing your puddle out, especially when closing, you can turn down.
Subscribed you deserve it! Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. Can I ask where are you from ?
Thanks buddy, I appreciate that 👍 I am from Croatia , but live and work in Canada!

Hi.. can you do a 2g ss big pipe root.please ,thanks i love you video....
Ok I will try
Nice vide mate, what type of gas do you use for purging??
I prefer a mix called Formier gas, argon/helium/02
Thanks bud. I’m using just Argon for purge.
@@X3MTIG any reason for using pure argon ?
Really nice Mr
Thanks bud, hope everything is going good for you 🍻

Hacksaw blade for stainless steel

Thanks bud. I am from Croatia, but I’ve been living, and working in Canada.
welding up in kitmat?
No bud, never been there.
nice
Thats a hell of a purge. How much gas does that take?
Hey bud, approximately quarter of 12 packs .
Please translate Persian🇮🇷 please☹️ you are the master of the blacksmith and I would like to be your student
I don’t understand the purge ? Once you remove the tape to weld it will fill up again … ??
It won’t as Argon is heavier than air…
How do you record your content?
Nothing fancy bud, with cell phone!🙂
🔥🔥
fa club brasil x3m tig goooddddddddd jobbbbbbb👋👋👋👋✌
I’m very in resting to watch your video brother
