Thanks for taking the time to make the video. Not a whole bunch online about the Dana 35 as used on the Ford Ranger TTB. Or should I say "intelligent", well-presented stuff. I appreciate it.

I was hoping for a video of the locker installation.

So the locker isn’t bad at all to install, the instuctions that they give you with the locker are pretty good. The hardest part was finding the right punch size for removing the roll pin that holds the cross pin in place. Removing the diff is much more complex than installing the locker. Also if you look up a video of a locker being installed in a jeep Dana 35 straight axle it is almost identical to the TTB.

do you know of any video links that show the removal and replacement of the carrier and pinion gears on this type of front diff and what tools are required?

How did you get the axle out of the differential?

I bought a spartan locker for the front and a powertrax for the rear. Both purchased online.

So you didn't have to pull out the pinch bolt?? I'm stuck at that point trying to see if I have to pull the radius arm or not. Well, if you didn't, in theory, I won't have to, right?
Heading back out to the garage, thanks for the video!
