DONEZO! I live in a shared house and my biggest peeve would have to be when my housemates leave unwashed pots/pans in the sink for days! We only have a limited number of cooking utensils so I usually end up washing the pots because I need to use them :/

Cassey, I absolutely love this 100 Ab challenge! I didn't really enjoy the format where you put your 30 day challenges only on Instagram stories, because it was always uploaded a bit too late for me because I'm in a very different timezone. But I genuinely love that they're on TH-cam so early now! It really helps to keep myself motivated already, and I'm really committed to finish this month now!
Me too! Really enjoy being able to watch the video the night before and then I can straight into working out the next morning
the only thing that’s hurting from these abs workouts is my neck 😩😩

support the nape of your neck with your hands! it helps a bit :)
Do neck warm up before working out, like do circles with your head, say yes, say no, touch your shoulder with your ear (? Etc (Of course do everything slowly) and after working out do it again, that’s what i’ve been doing and i haven’t had any neck problems

Day 4 is DONEZO. As quick as this one was, my obliques are definitely feeling it, and I am loving this challenge because it's a great addition to the new healthy lifestyle I'm adopting in 2019! P.S. Can we talk about how amazing you are for a second, Cassey? I personally DO NOT understand all the hate that you receive online. I know it kinda comes with the territory of having a popular TH-cam channel and brand, but I honestly don't think it's warranted at all. I have been a huge fan of yours for about 7 years, and I've always thought you are an incredibly beautiful person, inside and out. I absolutely LOVE that you're embracing both your body and who you are as a person so much lately, and it makes me smile to see the joy you've cultivated for yourself in recent years. Keep doing what you're doing, Cassey, because you are helping so many other people (myself included) find the beauty in themselves and live healthier lives. Love you!!
I used to watch and actually do all the blogilates workouts in 2017! Now I’m determined to get my fitness levels back up so I’m going to do this challenge! Thank you for this 💕

WOO WOO! I'm really starting to feel it after 4 days! Cassey, it's a bit difficult to follow along while maintaining proper form. Is it possible to have some sort of tick or sound going on so we can do this while not necessarily staring at the screen?

Donezo! I felt my abs working but it didn't feel like they were REALLY getting anything done. Maybe it's necessary though, since yesterday was a killer. Thank you for making this challenge so doable even for someone like me who's not fit at all :)

Wooo! That wasn't so bad. I had to do day 3 and 4 this evening (my workout buddy bailed!) and was worried about doing these two together. I SURVIVED! and enjoyed day 4. Now for day 5 in 10 hours! Looking forward to kicking butt with the rest of you!
DONEZO! My biggest pet peeve is when people say they're going to do something and then they don't follow through. Did this without stopping..and it was surprisingly easy for me. Unlike the double leg lifts yesterday!
This one was fairly easy. Hardest part was dealing with the sore lower abs from yesterday.

whew! my abs are sore here on day 4. I've never had sore abs before, everything i've ever done has been leg based. running, cycling, etc. i'm glad to be strengthening my core! Thanks Cassy! see you tomorrow

this one was really easy! i’m getting better at holding my head up in pilates stance without hurting my neck. also, started doing the 20 minute isolated arm workout today. i hope to start something for my legs sometime throughout the week.

Omg those are the worst! 😅🤣 those made me realize how out of shape my very upper abs are, I felt the burn after only a few, this will be one I go back to in the future to target those high up abs, I’m so glad these videos seem to target all different areas of all the abs rather than just middle abs like most workouts. Thanks for your hard work Cassy!
