Here’s some suggestions:
Skinning and butchery.
Ageing deer - how?
Humane dispatch - where do you aim for a 5m headshot?
Health and safety - key risk areas that could go wrong when stalking and best practice.
Calibres - personal views and opinions.
Lead versus non-lead - what are you using?
Rifle maintenance and cleaning, including cleaning moderators- frequency, how best to do and does if mess up accuracy?
Uses for antlers - any suggestions?
How to get into stalking - do a slot targeted at novices?

When you say “come up here to get experience” where are you? I’m looking at moving back from Canada and while I hunt here I’m undecided on location but looking at west of Loch Ness… not sure if that’s a good hunting location (access to land, firearms allowance by plod, local acceptance etc)…
