I’m from a Christian family and I’ve never acknowledged Buddhism before, but I’m so glad I found your channel, because your words have helped me clean up my mind and react better to the tough situations. I also started practicing meditation and I’ll try to make it a daily habit. My mother who suffers from Schizophrenia and suicidal thoughts also finds hope by watching these videos. I’m grateful for your content and I wish you and everyone a happy and a peaceful life. Namo Buddhaya 🙏❤
This video touched me deeply. The way you broke down how to deal with anxiety resonates with the struggles I face daily. The idea of accepting my anxious state instead of resisting it-it feels so simple, yet so powerful. It makes me wonder: why do we always run from our own emotions? The part about doing things slowly and deliberately hit hard. In a world that constantly rushes us, I’ve forgotten how to be present. I’m curious, how do we maintain this mindset when life feels like it’s spiraling out of control? Thank you for sharing such heartfelt advice!
Watching this video makes me feel like I have found the inner peace that I have long forgotten. In the days of always running after work and pressure, I forgot that patience and calmness are the keys to happiness. Thank you for helping me to see the value of patience and slow down to feel life more. This video is really meaningful and is what I need to find balance in life. Thank you very much! 0:14
I learn 3 most important lessions from your sharing: Acceptance of Mental State; Take One Action at a Time; Slow and Deliberate Actions. These are very practical and useful lessions for all of us. Many thanks!
I'm having some difficulties in my life at the moment and you've really helped me today. I express my sincere gratitude to you my friend and teacher. Namo Buddhaya 🙏
The analogy of picking up oranges one at a time to illustrate how to handle anxiety was spot on. It’s so true that when we’re overwhelmed, trying to tackle everything at once only leads to more chaos in our minds. Breaking down tasks and tackling them step-by-step not only simplifies the process but also makes it more manageable. Additionally, the emphasis on slowing down is an essential lesson that resonates deeply in today’s fast-paced world. Slowing down physically can have such a calming effect on the mind, yet it’s something we often overlook. This video serves as a gentle yet effective reminder to approach life with more mindfulness and intention.
Im doing my ALs in 1and half months and I couldnt control my anxiety and had thoughts of skiping everthing and just saw a notification of how to deal with anixety on my favourite youtube channel .....Namo Buddhaya
Thank you for this video. Your advice is so clear and practicable. I know that, when anxious, there seems to be so much to do and everything must be done immediately, leading to chaotic thinking. By slowing down, giving myself time to think about what I need to do as a series of tasks the chaos will be replaced by a workable plan. Such a practical solution - and so helpful.
I actually got to know I have Anxiety two days back. Taking medications currently. Had panic attacks and got a chest pain and severe headache aches. Hope this video helps too 💕
This video is a gentle reminder that peace comes from within. The practical advice shared here truly helps in calming the mind during anxious moments. Thank you for this beautiful guidance.
Namo buddhay ❤🙏 I've started watching your videos from past few weeks i really like them they're so calming.... And can you please make a video on how to stop making fake scenarios or like imagining the things that had never happened and with imaginary people like they dont exist in real but you are just constantly thinking about a convo between them and you or anything I am so distracted by them they came into my mind out of nowhere , they dont let me focus on my studies or even sleep peacefully.......I will be so thankfull if you can help me to get out of this !
Great teacher, your each and every videos giving me extra ordinary motivation.... and great awareness... Thank you so much... I'm eagerly waiting for your upcoming videos... Namo budhaaya🙏🙏🙏
This video beautifully encapsulates the teachings of Buddhism! It reminds us to embrace simplicity, live mindfully, and cherish the present moment. Thank you for sharing such deep insights! 💚💚💚
Thank u so much really iam saying... Because, at this time i anxies about my studies.. Because lot of questions in our book, but all of the questions much more difficult.. So i trying to solve that questions each one by one, at this time iam tired, some questions not get proper ans😢.. Then I tired(mind tired/mentally) .. Then I distracted to near by mobile , then I take TH-cam , your video is recommend list, I watch fully.. Now iam strong.. I know what we can do, when we can do.. Be calm❤
I am not religious at all, dont believe really in any of the bible stuff etc. But if i would wanna join a religion... It would be buddhism i think. They are all very free, calm, wise, and probably can live longer than most other people if done right
1. Be aware and accept
2. Take it one at a time
3. Put it on paper
4. Do it slowly and deliberately
5. Do it completely
Thanks!
Ta Namo Buddhaya
Thank you! 😊
