Hpd was not mentioned in this report. The Harris County Precinct One, Two, Three, Four, Five, Six, Seven, and Eight each have their own Constable and are not the same as HPD. The Harris County Sheriffs Office is not the same as the above mentioned agencies either.
Men of power or in a position of power are in fact Men and Women that will abuse their perceived power, no different than any thug or gangster, rapist or pedophile, which many officers have been charged with.
