    You Sir are a "stable Genius". Thank You so much for this tutorial. In no way are these wonderfully made G-Shocks "disposable" as long as the electronic module is still good, plus, some of them have and will become prized historical collector's watches too.

    @6:18 All these years, I thought "spring cleaning" was something done after winter. Now I know it's actually a G-Shock term. ;-)
    (Good video!)

    Amazing work! Thank you for this video. I could dismantle the whole G-Shock and clean it, but always had a problem with the pusher buttons and did not know how to remove the pushers and clean them individually. You have literally made my day. Thanks again, and keep up the good work!

    Have you had any issues with the mudmaster buttons? Mine may have a spring issue. One of the buttons lost its tactile touch

    Great detailed video, in future ones, don't be afraid to lose the music - proper adults can cope with silence, unless of course you're a teenager with an attention span of a gnat LOL

    It's there any place to get the buttons? Or can you sell them?

    With all of the experience that you have with button mod/repair/replacement; how have the buttons held up? Have you ever seen an affect on the watertightness at all? That's the biggest worry that I have about doing a button mod.

      So far never had any issue. I still use the original gasket and then water resistant grease when install it back.
      If the gasket like break/crumble/rip then sure there'll be a leak, but still only of you put deep in water.

    For the amount ur fully breaking down these things u should DEF invest in a midrange ultrasonic cleaning machine. Def will clean these tiny little parts back to their assembly line cleanliness standards.

    • @gshockhighfashion
      @gshockhighfashion  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I got them. Rarely use them because I'm just too lazy to prep & clean the machine afterwards 😅. If I have plenty of G-Shock parts to clean at the same time then I use them for sure.

    Are the two O-ring different in the DW6600? If so what is the right sequence when putting them back to axis? Thanks!

    • @gshockhighfashion
      @gshockhighfashion  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      They're just the same. The sequence would be the same as shown in the thumbnail.

    Does anybody know where I can get replacement buttons for this model?

    • @gshockhighfashion
      @gshockhighfashion  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      2 ways:
      1. Check on pacparts.com and see if they have them. Maybe sits like eBay if somebody have them for sell.
      2. My preferred method. Buy a used 2 secondary watch, scrap that for parts, and sell the rest or maybe kept them for future uses.

    What is the replacement battery for the G-2510 ?

  • @-Kazan-

    I love g-shock but they're not the best choice for going underwater because of maintenance, especially buttons maintenance. Button gaskets are specifically designed for each g-shock and if you can't find new ones you can literally throw your watch in the trash or use it out of water.

    • @gshockhighfashion
      @gshockhighfashion  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Believe it or not, almost every gshock share the same button gasket shape and size. You can't just buy them of a shelf, you could however took it out of other perhaps older unused g shock as a replacement. This is a problem, but it can be solved.

    What's the name of that bottle of grease you're using?

    • @lucacadianalbert
      @lucacadianalbert 5 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      prob good silicone grease. I use Trident Silicone grease for my G-Shock rebuilds and it's great.

    • @se7endays329
      @se7endays329 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @PT111111 I'm guessing it's a silicone grease from nitecore, good one and cheap too.. usually for greasing silicone seal for a flashlight for waterproofing..

    • @tux2002ify
      @tux2002ify 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Jewelers silicone grease for watches I would think. 🤔
