Thank you so much! I went to my provider & saw two technicians on two separate occasions & they both said it was because my phone was too full. I reset just as you recommended & now I can open my text attachments again 😀

what worked for me is going to your data settings and specifically enable the speed you have. so instead of auto, I enabled 3g/4g that fixed it fine

Ok nvm I found out the hard way yes it deletes all your network settings such as saved wifi stuff and for the record this didn't fix my messaging issue either so idk

If you don't have an smsc # then your texts won't work. Call your cell provider and tell them you need your smsc number.
