Is there a way to send picture messages WITHOUT data?
I can send regular messages just fine but I can't enable data, I don't have a sim card for this phone yet but until I get one I need to send pictures.

No.
First, this presentation is hard to understand. You talk so fast you're not even pronouncing all the syllables in your words. I slowed playback to 75%, turned on closed captioning, and even paused to replay when I absolutely couldn't get it. It's not your accent, it's your speed. Please, when you do instructional videos slow down and articulate a little better.
Second, many of the screens you navigate here don't appear on my own Android phone, even though my phone says it's all up to date. I don't know whether there are variations in the screens according to the phone or whether the screens shown here are supposed to represent all Android systems. They certainly don't reflect mine.
