Great to see them together again. I believe they were the only band in VH1’s “Band’s Reunited” to not reunite for a show. Also, people need to remember this is recorded on a phone from one side of the stage. I’ve been at in small venues where the artist sounded killer, only to play my phone video recording later and be disappointed it didn’t capture how great it was. My 2 cents.
Yes, Kurt screwed the other three members and VH1 by agreeing to participate and signing -on. Then at the 11'th hour when they were in the rehearsal room meeting and talking to one another he never showed up. He finally sent a message telling the producer that he didn't want to do it. Real bad case of Lead-Singer -Syndrome

Not sure of Adam's legal authority to make such a call, but I would presume that he had some control over his father's estate, including IP/NIL. Also not sure what the Star Trek IP owner's (CBS? Paramount?) position was/is on the matter, but they could not likely own or have legal control of the actual voice of their talent, and even if they could, I can't imagine a scenario where InSoc's use of it was anything but a win/win for the Star Trek franchise, so it would have been in their best interest to allow it, and likely would have if they had a say.

It really is kinda hard to watch. I kept imagining how important bedtime must be at this point in life. Do they feel proud or embarrassed about playing shows now? Is it because they are forever rockers or because they need the money?
