Another budget vit c eye cream is the olay vit c and peptide that has the 3-0-Ethyl (I've seen at least one derm recommend it).

If anyone else can't tolerate the menthol in the Loreal cleanser, Neutrogena makes a stubborn texture cleanser with 1% SA, 2% glycolic acid, and 2% PHA.
She also recommends Glycol, I’ve used it, it’s my favorite
Thanks for the tip! The menthol in the Loreal cleanser burned the crap out of my face. Still trying to heal after using it. I trusted the "fragrance free" without reading the ingredients. No idea why they would use menthol with glycolic acid. I've used other acids before without a problem. Have the Neutrogena skin perfecting acid for dry skin to try after my skin is better.

Yes, the derivatives can. Although, cosmetic chemist/formulator KindofStephen has a recent IG giving a different opinion on ascorbic/copper peptides.
Derma E makes a fantastic Vitamin C + glycolic acid face cleanser. I absolutely love it. I stock up when Sprouts has their 20% off vitamins/self-care every few months. DRMTLGY makes a 5x Vitamin C moisturizer, with five types of vitamin C, it works beautifully, is lightweight, absorbs, and has THD C.

Vitamin c in the morning... Retinol at night... but make sure you use sunscreen
The Peter Serum is already out of stock and the patches are 65.00. You consider that BUDGET? Also the Paula Choice Sunscreen is only 30SPF. After the sunscreens you have no links for the nighttime routines

I heard that you shouldn’t mix vitamin C with Retin-A and I use retinaldehyde at night
Use Vitamin C during the day.
You can with an Ester. They go hand in hand. Some derms say use the active form than wait 30 min for skin ph to go back to normal. And it's also to prevent irritation. But this should be discussed in all active videos when many of us use retinoids.
