Urban Gardening Mom Planting 101: How to use Epsom Salts for Plants (Episode 07)

Occasionally, I use epsom salts for my plants, especially for the leafy greens. It makes plants look healthier and lush. But I would caution against over-using it, or using it without the other basic nutrients that plants need. Epsom has the tendency to induce your plants to produce more leaves. So if you are growing plants for their flowers or fruits, too many leaves is not necessarily beneficial. Watch this video to learn more. Happy gardening!
