The techniques presented here are very similar to those found in naihanchi kata . In fact they are almost identical. I believe that this approach can be applied to naihanchi kata bunkai.

换一招要一秒来钟时间，练过搏击的打拳随意变换各种进攻拳法一秒钟能达5-7次，一招一式的防能防得住？能预判对方要出什么招？接招时人体最快反应时间是多少计算过没？😂
武術高手就可破解"否則就冇比武 ; 這師傅可能知怎破解這些招式"以他對每一拳派的熟知。
當然這會影響每一拳派"所以不演給大衆看的

The misconception is thinking you can actually catch or trap the hands of a dedicated on kicking your ass opponent in the street. The misconception is pretending that your opponent's body doesn't cast forward behind his punch and body clashing with attending balance disruption is common. The misconception is you can be a "hero" in the kwoon and think that somehow that magically translates to real world.
explain away the misconception of bruce lee.... that what he learned in the kwoon did not work in the street..i would like to read more of your garbage.

真是武術的奇才"會耍各派套路拳術"懂所用"明武學的口訣實際所講的定義;會耍各派兵器。
是的"看這從運動來說"可鍛鍊各類動作"在武學來說可學到各派拳術並知其應用(若然在學的不知);見有的留言說能否演示某一套拳的動作應用
若然看這"並能記得到"動作做得到"看此能習各類拳法並知所怎用。

係「棍手直入」錯字定係真係第二樣野叫「滾手」？
螳螂八剛十二柔入面分別有棍手同滾手
八剛之一:左右雙棍
十二柔之一:截手而滾手
兩個技法都係有 但唔係同一樣野 前者剛勢直入 後者柔勢滾漏入

是「棍手直入」，古譜中的「棍」字，有寫成「才」，而不是「木」。
對！八剛中有「左右雙棍」，十二柔有「截手而滾手」；在「棍手直入」中，是有「滾」入之勢，而「棍」是強調打擊那一刻，聚集使勁成棍般打入；即是先柔化，以滾勢入，再成剛強之勢，如棍般擊出。
