My brother was 6 years older than me...he died when he was 25. My favorite memory of him was when we were shoveling snow (I was 8yrs) I told him my hands were freezing so he took my wet gloves off and rubbed my hands to get them warm and then put his warm gloves on me. We walked home dragging our shovels but his were the only cold hands. He was a great brother 🙂

They will be sent to prison and get a bed to sleep in, medical care, 3 meals a day and both of them have fools sending them money for commissary. They should be thrown in a cell with a tarp and be fed HOT sauce and bread until the day they both go to hell where they belong and that still would not come close to the amount of pain and suffering that poor Timothy went through.
It makes me sick that he has an insane woman who is sending him money and wants to marry him, we can only hope that the prisoners will give him and his sorry mother the treatment they deserve.

      1) Being a product of your environment doesn't exclude you from the law or moral judgement. Just as the judge stated, if they start taking that kind of consideration as a recommendation for leniency we would be in trouble, because most people that end up in court are in fact a product of their environment. It still doesn't negate the damage they caused. Also, there are plenty of people who came out of similar environment who hasn't gone on to torture or murder people.
      2) Unless we were watching two seperate videos, the judge clearly stated (as per 2 seperate psychological evaluations) Paul does not have any developmental delays or impairments. Both stated that he has full capacity of understanding the nature of his actions. It has also been stated that he is a sociopath. Sociopaths are extremely good at manipulation. They are often methodical cand calculative. Which the court identified as to be the case in reference to his actions regarding the questions surrounding his mental capacity. The judge stated its his belief that he tried to manipulate the court into believing that there was some underlying issues regarding his mental capacity... Which I wholeheartedly believe. He's most definitely a threat to society.

We do need more judges like himself to let people know enough is enough and you have to be held responsible for your action. Paul thought he was going home or very soon so the look on his face was definitely shock but nothing compared to Timothy’s face. Each and every time he was withheld food, physically abused, ice baths ( can you even imagine) and the last couple of days before he died and was finally free. This was horrendous and Paul enjoyed every minute of the power he had and the pain he inflicted on his very own brother. Did you see Paul’s head snap up when the Judge said 30-100 years - he was incredulous and his response of not even looking the judge’s way verity’s the Judges’judgement of Paul as correct. What Paul did to his brother is beyond the pale and is completely outside the bounds of both humanity and morality.

@healthycathy9782 that's not fair. Yes he would be alive in foster care, but if one of your children has been living with the mom for 1.5 years, everything getting along nicely, and you call her up and say " hey I'm really struggling over here, you took in one of our sons, would you be willing to take in the other, or else I'll have to have him institutionalized because I can't care for him properly " who in their right mind would have thought that after 10 plus years, after her being around one of the sons and treating him right, that she along with that adult son would conspire to starve and torture their relative to death. I get people are upset by this, but I just don't understand why the father gets so much hate, when if you asked a panel of a 100 people, the majority would've made the same mistake he did. Who first thought would be, I'm going to put my autistic son into foster care instead of putting him with his mother who was abusive 10+ years ago, but now she has a 3rd child, she's been taking good care of our eldest child, and instead of 9 people and no space in the house, she has a sterile environment and space better suited for his needs. The dad made the choice so many people would make over foster care and random familes and packed living environments, he actually made the choice the government likely would've made, as they try to first get you to look for relatives who can take them in, because they don't want the kids. She and Paul are the only people responsible for his death, yet the dad has to catch strays for being poor and in an overcrowded home with a son who had special needs he couldn't no longer care for. Hell, why don't we blame the step mom, adult children, shonda current husband, and G's grandmother too while we at it, because they all should've just known that the mother of 3-4 kids would've just took 6 months to starve and torture one of them the moment her husband left the house. Please stop giving both him and his mother money to buy extra food that his brother never had. It’s disgusting that they both moan about the prison food they are giving.

To anyone that has not looked further into this case. Please take a minute to just listen to some of the phone calls and text messages between paul and his mother and then in jail , paul and his supporters (all 3 😂) he HATED timothy and Shanda herself had to stop Paul from hurting Tim and when she was annoyed shed hand him over to get beaten by Paul. Hes a monster and he wanted to play his games not help his brother. Hes evil.
He has even now admitted that what he said in court was a lie.He doesn't even know how to make scrambled eggs

Too bad the sound is low. I originally felt 'some' sympathy for this creep but watching him in the court room absorb and react to every word spoken there, tells me he fully understands the jist of what he did to that innocent boy. He absolutely knew and was only thinking of himself and worried about getting caught at the horrors and control he and his Mom had over this poor boy. Throw the book at him!
