Repeatedly calling her dead son "deceitful and sneaky." She cannot hide her hate for him at all as she tries to paint herself as innocent.

He was so genuine as well, when he asked her “how long was he in the tub?” She had no answer. I don’t understand this woman, how could she do this? When my daughter was born I was swaddling her and she had tons of onesies under her pjs. And I woke up when she wanted to eat immediately! I wrote everything down. Even though her days and nights were off that was ok cause I just wanted to see her eat with oh dear we had tons of different bottles and if she didn’t like one we would give her another, it’s part of nurturing. So you got paid to work with kids with special needs? I watched her testimony before Paul. I don’t see the jury going any other way than the obvious. She knows the foster care systems is awful, but her treatment was better? The DA worked this case very well, plugged the gaslighting the defense attorney did. Why the hell is the DA going after Paul is it to force him to testify. Paul’s testimony was a lot believable, but under the evidence, she did the best she could. Maybe she is really is just awful. Not that my judgement really matters in the end, not that’s she has much of a life worth living even getting acquitted.

@traceyroyer993 PTSD does involve disassociaton. It is not the same thing as multiple personality disorder ( or what used to be called that). Typically, the dissociation that occurs by someone with PTSD is more like losing time or the feeling of detachment physically but you are still aware of what's happening. Almost like watching it as a movie. You do not lose the ability between right & wrong. You're more apt to either be scared or protective - not evil & sadistic.
Sybil was an EXTREME case and rare. Her " "selves" were completely segregated from one another. There are an astronomical number of people afflicted with PTSD and the vast majority seek to protect themselves and others. This evil pos is trying to use it as an excuse but the medical & psychology community would not support it as having any validity. She's insulting people with PTSD injury & trying to utilize a 1970 misunderstood of what it is to get away with despicable acts perpetrated on this child. How can you carry a child for 9 months and then treat him like this ? Truly crazy and evil . She is beyond cruel
How can she treat anybody like that?
I could not imagine treating my worst enemy like the way she treated her own flesh and blood. Why even take the child from his father if she was just going to treat him this way? And what about the step-dad? Did he know what was going on? Did he participate?

The step-dad had a stroke in January of that year, 2022 and had to go live with his parents because he could not navigate the house, aside from the stroke he was already in a wheelchair from childhood apparently.
So Shanda and 3 of her kids lived in the house.
The victim, 15 year old Timothy, Paul the 19 year old abuser, and Gabriel, 9 years old.
Plus 2 huge dogs.
The step-dad did not participate in Timothy's abuse, it started after his stroke.
She took Timothy from her 1st husband because he & his new wife couldn't handle him anymore & were going to place him with foster parents.
Shanda decided that she didn't want that and took him!!!
She should have let him go to the foster home.
I think she saw Timothy as a major failure on her part.
Edit- She was not allowed to have Timothy by order of the courts, years prior.
Why is unknown, but she had to have been abusive. Her ex husband should be prosecuted for giving her the boy when it was forbidden!!!
I like what Carl Jung says about this kind of evil, it is the self-hatred at oneself that is projected into the child, hatred of disability is self-hatred. This woman has no empathy or knowledge of how-to parent, its all-crazy making, double binds, she is the epitome of evil, the thing is it is really hard to hide this kind of personality disorder, so I really wonder why someone didn't see there was a huge problem in that home. Like someone said, many failed Timothy, she was just the last.
@@dianastone6547this is kinda my thought and how I’ve been trying to make sense of how she could possibly do this. She had to have absolutely HATED herself. And been miserable to the core. There is no way a healthy, self loving person, could be capable of something remotely close to this. Self hatred projected outward.
She continues to blame her son for making her abuse him.
She slowly and methodically tortured him right up until his last breath 😢
She conveniently remembered things that she thought helped her case but can't remember anything that makes her look like a monster!! She is one evil woman!!!
All good abusers blame the victim for the abuse
She has no case and at least she won't have any more kids.

She has no problem listing all the bad things he did - none of them bad at all, especially when you consider he was a 15 yo boy. Yet she sits there listing these things like "see, I told you he was bad". She has no consept of how cruel & stupid she's making herself look
