Vinny, I have tears in my eyes learning about how this woman tortured her son!! As a mother, I just can’t imagine how anyone could torture that precious little boy, Timothy!! She deserves the death penalty!! Thank you Vinny for your passion in getting justice for victims!! My heart breaks for Timothy! 💔💔

@@doggy2638 im sorry if I was rude or of it come out wrong. No offense. I can have my opinion. There is not any excuse for what was done to this child. I am so sad they actually starved him😢 He deserved better. However, no one in this family was able to provide the level of care he needed. He should have been removed from their care. The dad pretty much dropped him off at the crazy moms house and never looked back. He knew she was abusive. He just was tired of the kid staying up all night and destroying the house. Taking care of someone like this is a soul sucking experience. They didnt even have him in school! They could have put him with experts to help him. The child needed someone to love him and invest time in him. The dad was out. He kept the other normal child. This Boy was not even potty trained and he would do things like disconnect the water heater from the gas and take furniture apart . shanda herself had multiple issues. She could barely care for herself. She was trying to punish the autism out of him. She thought she could train it out like she does w the dogs.its shocking because she's educated and shiuld have known better. It doesnt work like that. Shame on me? Who do you think you are too say that to someone because they think differently. For what? I know several families with these situations and it is not easy especially when theres not a lot of money and theres already health challenges in the family. Sorry I dont paint things as rose colored. This child needed more than anyone was willing or able to give. Her would be alive if he was in a group homes or facility. She hated this kid because he was another full time job. He probably was a sweet kid but no one was talking care of him the way he needed or deserved.

Usually it's those of the higher class and status who wield the financial means to hold back most press coverage of their crimes, if not avoid the whole justice system entirely.

I live in Arkansas, I have had HELL trying to get my oldest seen since he came back home 3 years ago. He was with me his whole life, but he wanted to go and “see” if he could live with his dad and his new wife. It was awful.. the things I could tell you, but my point is, even after he ran away and came back home I had to fight and fight and it was like pulling teeth to get ANY thing done medically. Dentist, therapy, school. All of it. His dad wouldn’t ( and still won’t ) let me have his medical card or info. We’ve been in a 3 year long battle over it all. It’s utter BS!! He’s not fighting for me to have custody back, but he’s fighting on medical ( I want nothing to do with his insurance, I just want to carry him on mine ) and he’s fighting me on child support. It’s ridiculous to have this prolonged of a battle. The doctors office, school, dentist all fought me. Their hands were tied. Because I did not have legal custody of him anymore. There was nothing they could do until his father either came down and did the paperwork and brought the medical insurance with him, or if I got custody myself,. It’s been hell… They didn’t necessarily turn him away, but there was nothing that they could do to treat him w/o insurance AND permission. I learned to stop telling them anything about not having custody of him at this time. That was my way around it. And I just started paying cash. It’s not been easy. I have no help from him. I have three other children children. It’s crazy. Something in the system needs to help those of us who are battling in situations like this. to someway force the other parent to follow through for the sake of the child.
