Best highschool race ever even tho I was rooting for the twins the field had so many exciting names and was hella stacked. The thing about the shoosh is that Simeon and Connor were the only ones talking so it was a bit anticlimactic but insane ending regardless
What a great race, can't wait to see what these amazing kids do in track season 2024. I'd love to see them race against those crazy kids from abroad like Niels Laros and Cameron Myers.

@@No_One1_Special 1500 m is 120 yd less than a mile... Looks like you are correct but obviously your average speed would be higher running a full mile compared to running 1500 m... 3:55? So this would mean you would slow down the entire race if it was a full mile meaning you can't calculate the average speed per meter for 1,500 m into another 120 yards added on to that...

Some of you don’t understand what that gesture was for he simply told him to shush because he was trying to slow him down, if you look at it again you can see him drifting into his lane to make him slow down, basically trying to control his pace. He gestured to him because he knew what he was doing! it’s not cheating from what I know but then again it’s a pretty slimy move for someone to do. Now let see this group of guys people say the best Distance class all time 2 1/2 hours rest. Run 3200m let see how good they Really are that’s how good was German and he did that on his own with no rabbits 🐇 or Competition pushing him like this guys did the whole season!
They just ran a 4:02 in the pouring rain in a tactical race. Leo was the fastest USA member in the XC World champs U20… as a high schooler, helping lead USA to the first podium placement in forever. Lex and Conner both broke the 5k track records, Lex doing so by a large margin, Birnbaum taking the 2 mile 2nd place all time, along with a 3:37 1500, and plenty of other super notable guys, such as Rocky Hansen (Kept up with the others all season), Tyrone Gorze (Indoor 5k record), Aaron Sahlman, Tinoda Matsatsa, and plenty of other guys in this amazing class. German was still racing in a time when people still where sometimes using steroids as well. Even if he didn’t, he still had a short time in the limelight as a pro. I can assure you at least one if not many more of the many people I listed will be at least double as successful as him as a professional. Definitely the best class, and arguably some of the best runners. Don’t question it.

Plus he also ran along all his races even National Competition nobody push him all by his self no rabbit 🐇 just him and track German did not Have Perfect weather either! None Newbury Park runners broke his record at state meet in cross country either and has best double in America 🇺🇸 history distance running!

Imagine how even more rediculsly quick they could be if they werent running nike shoes. They are very bad for ur ankles because nike often angles their shoes sideways and it just doesn't suit everyone

I'm just making fun of Nike because most of their shoes have the point in the center because it is supposed to make it look better but it causes ur feet to get obliterated. I used to run a generic pair of Nike cleats for lacrosse and it caused extreme pain in the si joints in my hips as well as annihilating the skin on my foot.
