Such a true video .. I’ve been training since 2008 nonstop but last year (2020) broke me down mentally so badly that I lost all the interest in working out or even going for a walk. I just felt like sleeping and sleeping and eating ( sometimes) . Now I feel my body asked for it after a nonstop exhaustion of 12 years. Now I prefer to listen to my body and act accordingly. I don’t workout everyday at all. May be two times a week and that’s it. I enjoy my food and relish it. Mental health is as important as the physical health ❤️

But what they never think about is how non- vegetarian diet affects our environment, our thoughts everything.. this guy over here has literally shifted to vegan diet.. believe me guys , it’s going to have far-fetched effect on him and also on people that follow him... i was training for 2 years and got injured thrice - wrist ligament , shoulder impingement(twice) but couldn't find out exactly how and what i should do to recover, fact that there are thousands of video and blogs available and there was always mental stress of being away from gym . Bodybuilding is really tough

Despite taking all good nutritions like even boswellia, glucosamine and exercises with good form you have had these injuries. It’s painful to know. Also cover how you gonna recover or already recovered from these injuries and how you gonna perform squats with knee issue and other exercises with other joint issue. It will be helpful for viewers. Damn honest answer ..Actually I felt the same .I was practicing bodybuilding since 2005 and over the years I have realised that people have developed misconceptions about being fit . Merely having a good muscular size doesn't makes you fit . You need to be fit internally . Your kidney ,heart ,liver mind if they are functioning well it means you are fit . Animal protein is the worst choice one can opt for .reasons... 1 .Every animal protein has cholesterol which is the major source of heart disease Eg 100 gram chiken breast has 80mg cholesterol Fact: intake of 400mg of cholesterol can make you heart patient You can google it . 2. Taking animal protein affects your digestive system. On the contrary plant protein never affects your internal organs and it does not has cholesterol in it . Raw fruits and vegetables are the best source of fibre that helps you in digestion. Moreover they help you in increasing your good cholesterol i.e HDL. So I am happy to see you calm and rejuvenated .

Went through laparoscopic surgery for hernia almost 2 weeks back. I also have two ligament tears on my ankle. Going through a recovery phase right now and 10 more weeks to go. Thank you for keeping us all motivated with this! It makes me feel stronger :)
