    This is a Full Day of Eating video by Abhinav Mahajan. He is Indian vegan TH-camr. This is a Vegan diet plan which will help you build muscle and gain weight. All the foods are plant based and it has been designed to make sure you are getting all the vitamins, minerals, electrolytes and micronutrients. This vegan meal plan is extremely simple to follow and is specially designed for people who want to cook food at home. All the ingredients are easily available. This full day diet plan is a balanced meal plan with good amount of carbohydrates, protein and fats.
    Vegan Full Day Diet for Muscle Building
    Macronutrients for this diet plan by Abhinav Mahajan are (approx values)
    Calories - 2300-2400
    Carbohydrates - 350-360 gm
    Protein - 110-120 gm
    Fats - 60-70 gm
    Sources of Carbohydrates include :
    1. Bananas
    2. Potatoes
    3. Quinoa
    4. Jaggery
    5. Bread
    6. Oats
    7. Rice
    Vegan Protein sources include :
    1. Tofu
    2. Pea Protein Isolate
    3. Legumes and Pulses (Daal, Kidney Beans, Chickpeas etc.)
    4. Traces of Protein can be found in most of the carbohydrate sources like oats, quinoa etc.
    5. Almonds can also contribute in completing Protein needs
    Vegan Fats sources include:
    1. Almonds

    Most heavy food must be in breakfast .before bed we must eat light food ! And just avoid water imediately after food ,it will slow down your digestion .and you should include vegetables and critis fruit in your diet

      Hey, this is an isolated day of eating, we don't know how he eats on other days. Yes, breakfast like a king but sometimes that is just not always possible. As long as you are eating healthy. Also, drinking water immediately after food...please provide a study to support your claim.

      @@Randomuseritsasecret if we take water immediatly after food, we are diluting the acids in our stomach.so the food will not digest effectively and absorbption also gets afftected.

      @@ABHINAVMAHAJANVegan for 6 yrs here..If you want to gain the most out of diet, avoid all refined foods like white bread, even brown bread, white rice, white sugar. Also artificial ingredients in food, caffeine, alcohol etc. Eat whole wheat roti/parantha/naan, brown rice, millet, oats etc., vegetables, fruits, beans, nuts and seeds. No need for supplements in my opinion.

    and a mung dal, rajma, paneer, with rice and loads of vegetable juices escpecially beets and white pumpkin and fruit juices and normal idlies upma more than enough for a good muscular body. example the labourer who carry bags of loads and have flat abs and muscles. they eat normal home food but whole and healthy

    I loved this video, but i wanted to ask that if you will discard 3 scoops of protein powder then eventually you will have only 50 gms of protein from your real meal.
    so instead of having tofu, why not soy chunks to increase protein content from food ? just a genuine question.

    Bro, how u meet the daily requirement of calcium ( 1000mg), which is vey important for bone health. I have also recently turned vegan. I don't see any natural source having as much calcium as in millk or curd.
    Pls help me..

    Sir kya aapko pata hai water ya koi bhi liquid ko khade khade nahi pina chahiye ..baithkar pina chahiye nahi toh lagatar khade khade liquid consume karne se ghutne kharab ho jate hai....sir aapko apne videos me kuch kuch ayurveda tips ko bhi samil karna chahiye

    But i cant see any vegan food high in protein and low in carbs nd fat ,,like veg nd non veg options like chicken breast, eggs or egg white,milk...,you cant build that quality and quantity of muscle with vegan diet

    Just a reminder for everyone. You need B12 supplements regardless your type of diet. B12 isnt a deficiency of a vegan diet.
