How can steel have more elasticity than rubber, the rubber is more elastic
This is a concept of 11th. Steel is more elastic because it can regain its deforming force faster than rubber that's why it is more elastic. When you strech the steel scale than you will see it come to its original place by shaking so fastly and if we talk about rubber it slowly slowly came to its place. So elasticity is not what we strech it is about how fastly it can come to its original place again.
