This has been one of my favorite yard transformations yet. The homeowner has recently been diagnosed with cancer, which has made it tough for him to keep up with the yard. I love when I get to help someone in need - and ended up making a friend on this one!

I'm a real one. I feel for my brother, I too am a retired firefighter/paramedic of 32 years and have been battling cancer for 16 years. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2008 and after my last round of intense radiation I was given 3 to 5 years. Even though my cancer has now progressed to to stage 4 bone cancer I'm 70 years old and the cancer is well controlled by oral chemo and monthly injections so I'll probably pass from old age before my cancer gets me. The homeowner should have faith and keep fighting every day.

And you too doing this guys yard 🥰 My grandfather was a volunteer firefighter, my dad was a firefighter, my husband a firefighter and became chief, and now my twin boys(42) are firefighters/ paramedic…(other son a Lt at police department)my oldest grandson is 18 and graduating….we shall see what he does.- watching from Lake Wales, Florida

My brother passed away in January 2021 from cancer, and up to the last couple of months before his passing, he was the happiest when he could be on his tractor working on his land. I'm choking up just leaving this comment. You are a true blessing.

You are such a good mower. I watch several u-tubers, and I must say, you mow so good, you mow straight lines, not all Willy-Billy,I appreciate that. I’m a 73 yr. Old woman, I always take pride in my mowing, I mow 3 acres, and everyone says my ward looks like a golf course. Thank you again for all that you do.
I understand. My husband had Leukemia AML and Stomach cancer for 12 yrs. We finally lost him in 2018. But, had to hire out when he passed. Heaven got a good one. He served the military for 20 + yrs. in the army and USCG. I am PROUD!! Happy Memorial Day on Monday. I love what you do MK!! You make a difference!!

You were a real blessing to him. I had breast cancer years back and went through rigorous chemotherapy. I couldn’t do anything for about 9 months. I was so tired and weak. Whay you did for him no words can explain. May God give you many blessings🙏👍💕

I forgot to tell you my daughter passed away when she was 19 from bone cancer. She was diagnosed with it when she was only 14 in 2015. Tell the homeowner to stay strong. I will be praying for him.

I've watched many you tubes of people like TK helping those whose yard need tender loving care with their yards. I've seen many abled body homeowners say thank you and walk away. There are those who honestly can't. This gentleman has cancer and never made an excuse that he couldn't help. This man is so deserving of your help. God bless you and those who help others who can't do this.

My husband was also a firefighter and battled 4 major bouts with cancer. He has gone through many surgeries, treatments, chemo and radiation, but God got him through it and at the moment he is cancer free🤞 I pray that this homeowner also wins his battle with cancer.

And I absolutely appreciate the humble and thankful spirit of the homeowner, who despite all he’s going through wanted to get out there and help. It's special that he was willing to help, and you did a wonderful thing helping this man.
As a cancer survivor myself I can attest to the blessing you provided for him. Unlike his where he was awake a lot, mine was so strong it knocked me out to the point I slept more than I was awake for weeks at a time. If I didn't set the alarm to get up to eat, drink, shower and go back for the next treatment I wouldn't have been able to do it on my own, as I had to remain totally quarantined accept when I went to the doctor. My immune system was pretty much non existent thanks to the chemo. I had a great neighbor who came to check on the house and do the yard for me. I didn't realize she had until after the treatments and it dawned on me that it looked so good! I kept breaking down into tears at the kindness she provided and wanting nothing in return. Keep up the great work!
As a Mom of a two time cancer survivor I can tell you that in my daughter’s experience, when you’re sick some friends and family that are supposed to care about you quietly disappear. Having you, a stranger do such a helpful and kind thing for this man probably impacted him in more ways than you know! It’s encouraging to know people care! Thank you for just being a really great human!
My favorite part of this video is watching you clean up the front door and sidewalk to the front of the house. It was so nice to Abel for him to able to come in without being attacked by the van and then the bushes.

I’ve said a Prayer for his recovery because no one deserves to have that disease.

I watch these kind of videos all time and love them. I wish I was healthy enough to be out there too. I work a long time doing lawn maintenance ND loved it. What you do is mostly a miracle for these people. You up lift them and put spirt back in there heart. Thank you so, so much.
