      hi Drbbie , you are welcome to the family 😊 to ferment the ogiri is just 1 week but the smell of it is something else 😄 and i am a Gambian but residing in the states

    Thanks for the video!! I've heard it's good to blend the seeds, would that be done before or after fermenting? And does wrapping it in the pillowcase and sheet help calm the smell?? Lol.

      you are welcome & there is no need to blend the seeds but the smell 😂 lasted for 4 days in the house
