    OMG!!! I can't believe who I'm seeing. Eunice? It's so good to see you after all these years. You may not remember me, but yourself, Mariatu, Derek were all in Conakry Guinea living at poppay's house in Gbesia. It's good to know that you're alive and well. Wow! Amie is my name incase you've forgotten. Have a bless day. 😊

      @virtuouseuniceskitchen756 I'm doing great. Thanks for asking. Wow! I live in Australia 🇦🇺. But I visit the states every now and then to see my mother and siblings.

    Nicely done. A few questions. What's the oven temperature and for how long do you allow the ogiri to heat up. Do you include salt when pounding the ogiri?

    • @virtuouseuniceskitchen756

      We use it as an ingredient, we add it to some of our soups like Egusi Soup, for extra flavor.

    You're so funny. Why is it brown, ma? Did you leave the oven on throughout?

    • @virtuouseuniceskitchen756
      @virtuouseuniceskitchen756  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      No, I just left the oven light on. It gave off enough heat to help with fermentation.
