Excellent looking 900. One of the coolest exhausts for it. I have a candytone blue '22 RS. One guy in Japan on YT races an RS in retro class against R9T's, Speed Twins, Ducatis, etc. and cleans up. About 130 hp to the wheel. He thrashes this motor and he says it's really tough. ayways, enjoy that beauty.
Beautiful looking motorcycle, I have a blue cafe, and i noticed your handlebar is different from the stock cafe handlebar, I also wanted to change the handlebar but can't find the right one If you could please let me know the name of the product or send me a link please. I would really appreciate it.
They are Kawasaki Z1000 bars purchased from Webike Japan. They fit beautifully, however you'll also have to swap your front brake hose that goes from the master cylinder (standard non cafe brake hose fits perfectly). I'll see if I have part numbers for ya
Just sent the link For the z1000 handlebar. I'm pretty sure I just ended up getting the front brake hose from a Kawasaki dealer. I'm sure if you call your local kawi dealer they could look it up no problem
I somewhat surprisingly haven't had a law enforcement encounter (knock on wood). I've always scanned for them and pulled in the clutch when I pass them. Once the engine is up up temp it's pretty quite at idle ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
@@Cocobrain26 Man !!! I have the Cafe, but I always felt my bars still felt low...so I put some 1-inch risers on.. Still dont feel all the way right.. And then I always wondered if a regular RS seat could fit on the cafe ?! I guess it can ! Man, if you have any tips or can share ya process on how you switched em out let me know. I have a mechanic that will do mine for me.
@@TopshelfJunior I believe I got both of them from Webike Japan. The bars are Kawasaki bars from a Z1000. They bolt right on. The only bummer is that you also have to install a new front brake hose that goes from the master cylinder down to the proportioning block. The standard Z 900 RS and café have a different length brake hose, so you'll have to buy the standard length hose from Kawasaki. That might also be available from Webike but I got mine from a Kawasaki dealer locally. Technically you can buy the handlebars and seat from a dealer, but it's a lot cheaper to buy it from Webike in Japan
@@TopshelfJunior japan.webike.net/products/24909086.html These are the Z1000 handlebars. Not sure about the part number on the seat but it should be pretty easy to find on here
Im about to install the exact same exhaust system on my 24 Z900RS SE. Were there any issues installing back the o2 sensor since it has been relocated slightly farther back on the exhaust?
I have a tune on my bike that enabled me to completely remove the o2 bung (Un clipped it from the wiring harness) . If I remember correctly the exhaust system comes with two threaded holes, I ended up just plugging both of them with threaded plugs. I think the kit comes with at least one of them.
The Yoshi pipe came with a slip in muffler that I usually have in there. This is obviously without the muffler. The stock exhaust looks pretty decent on these bikes, I just prefer this because it reminds me of my old Honda 750 that I used to have.
Well for 20 subscribers you have arguably the best looking and sounding Kawasaki z900rs ever !!..
Hey, thanks!
21 now. Love your Zed
I appreciate it, thanks!
@@Cocobrain26 You should post more content around your bike and your life😃. Just a suggestion from a brother.
It's a possibility. I might have to buy a computer and learn how to edit videos etc... I have plenty of projects going on.

one of d best looking and sounding for Kawasaki z900rs i've ever seen
Best looking and sounding Z900RS on TH-cam. Cheers!
Thank you!
@@Cocobrain26 Did you powdercoat the wheels?
Yes, it's called "goldtastic"
Reminds me of KZs and GPZs for sure, I love it
Great looking and sounding bike, will be picking up a 22 se with Leo Vince on it next week. Had a 75 z900 back in the day can't wait
Sounds the business
Back in the 80's that's it
Wow! That 900 with the Yosh SOUNDS ABSOLUTELY SUBLIME!
Thanks!
Sick
Damn it`s LOUD! I kinda like the sound of the stock one.
I got a 23 z900rs cafe racer with this exhaust. Moore Mafia ecu reflsash in near future. Is that a B13 sentra? ;) Got a 96 zenki as well
So fierce, wonderful sound. Where'd you get the headcowl from man?
Factory Kawasaki cowl
we definitely need to see more of this bike! the color combi is sick dude!
Thank you! I'll see what I can do. I might have to borrow a GoPro to do a POV ride.
Sweet ride dude is it a cafe or standard z900rs
Café, but I've changed the handle bars to Z1000 for a more neutral riding position

That sound is sick bro, so close to Goos's but kinda copbait, how many times they pulled you over

Ive never seen one with the gold wheels with the Grey. Did you do a swap?
I had them powder coated.
Wait, so this is the normal RS, but with the CAFE front cowl / fairing ?! Looks sick !!!!
@@TopshelfJunior thanks! it's a cafe, but I changed the Handel bars, seat, and powder coated the wheels. I've don't lots of little stuff to it.

What wheels are they on your RS? They’re awesome
Stock, just powder coated :)
GAHD damn and I thought my akra headers were loud 😂, I see those earplugs on the handlebars lmao
Ear plugs are crucial with the Yoshi!

@Cocobrain26 this exhaust was a nightmare to install for me. What a pain in the ass!!
Really?! I thought is wasn't too bad. Maybe a little time consuming, but straight forward
Did you flash tune the ECU?
@mathieuconstantin3356 yes. Ivan's
oh we need a ride POV
I'll see what I can do. Might need to borrow a go pro or something
@@Cocobrain26 looking forward to that!
What do you use to wash/wipe down your exhaust?
I usually just use water and a microfiber… I would be afraid that chemicals would eat into it
With the T spec, can you remove the bath pretty easily like does it come in pieces?
The exhaust is all one piece minus the baffle… It is one screw to take the baffle out
Does that system still use the 02 sensor, or has it been deleted?
There is a hole where you can put the O2 sensor, but I got the ECU tuned so I just plugged that hole in the exhaust
@Cocobrain26 ok thank you for the reply. I'm a new owner and have a lot to learn.
Do you have video with DBkiller?
I post a little video a few months back. I might have to make a good comparison video
where i can buy that windbreaker ??
Kawasaki
How did you get that pipe??
I bought it from Japan. I actually have an extra Yoshimura pipe in the shed if you'd like to buy it haha
@@Cocobrain26 That would be real nice!!!
I don't know if you can direct message me on here, but I can send pictures
Can you share the link for the pipe please 🙏
Purchased from Webike Japan. Not sure if they still sell it but I have a good used one i'd sell for a decent price
All it needs now is in small Cafe mirrors off the handlebars and you will be done
I put the bar end mirrors on my old CB750. Looks much cleaner. Might have to do that for my Z900 as well!
That looks and sounds off its head
Too loud! Love the fairing though. Stunning
Hey, thanks!
I have one. I feel the stock exhaust looks and sounds better. That's just way too freaking loud. But to each their own.

Disgusting empty sound. Is it just a water pipe?))
Sounds bloody terrible.
Your mom liked how it sounded when I took her for a ride
@@Cocobrain26 You paid money to make it look and sound worse. It’s actually good you made a video about it to warn others off this madness.
