Yes, he is very true. Since last few months, I started giving good inputs to my family and slowly I felt I like I am dominating all other member's mind. They started respecting my ideas and now I feel like I dominate all conversations with other people too

The most dominant thing a dominant person does is that they don't care
Dominanace (duniya tumharey hisaab sey chaley and jo tumharey hisab sey na chaley, tum uski fikar na karo OR you make a decision, and that happens) It comes from 2 parts
1. Ghar pey homework sey (What you do before) :be so great in life ghat everyone obeys you or hold so tightly to your demands that others have to meet it.
2. Outside world mein establish karkey (what you do in conversations) : Be committed to your demands and make other people follow it. Mughe Dominos jana hai toh sab dominos jayengey. Mughe McDonalds jana hai toh sab McDonalds jayengey.
To establish it start with small things like yaar paani ka glass pass kariyo and then move to big things like yaar teri gaadi chahiye mughe weekend key liye.
Dominance physically bhi aa sakti hai ki when you walk into a room, then you are the talles and strongest guy in the room. Wahan logon ki dekh kar fategi and you will automatically land at a dominant position.
In general, Charm>>>Dominance
Better is ki aek aisi position mein aao, where you don't have to care about establishing dominance. Dominance is a weak game and much less fruitful than Charm. Use charm to get work done rather than dominance.
i)If you want to be dominant, stick with your decision
But being dominant makes everyone think that you are not at all a good person
Instead
ii) Charm them , give compliments that if someone asks about you to that person then they will say that you are the best person
