This exercise is amazing.. I only did the shoulder part for few days and I saw my shoulder slim down pretty much..Happy with the results alhamdulillah 😄😄

Arms are buringgg✅ Day 2: decided to try do the full workout even though i mainly need the shoulders and EVERYTHING BURNSS✅ DAY 3: Arms still sore from past workout✅ DAY 4: ✅ DAY 5 : Arms seem fine now✅ Day 6: ✅ Day 7: Decided to do it outside in my garden and honestly it felt soo much easier. Idk if it's because I have been doing it for a week or I no longer get too hot and uncomfy while doing the workout✅ Day 8: ✅ Day 9: My shoulders are still broad but I do see small results, the length of my shoulders were smaller✅ Day 10:✅ Day11:✅ Day 12: A frigging bird flew into my face 😭😭 had to retreat and do it in my living room✅ Day 13:✅ Day 14:✅ Day 15: I was really tired so i barely did the excersise properly but i managed to do it!✅ Day 16: Okay today is my final day doint this excersise since i have school in 2 days! I now have a tiny bit of a triangle shapwe but not as bold as before. I ind of looks like an hourglass but my shoulders are a tiny bit broader. so its safe to say that this excersise does work and i definetly recommend this. I will probably come back when i have my next school break which is probably in October✅

I lost my comment so I can’t update it lmao but anyways Day 3: I was not motivated to do this exercise but I still did it and so far I am seeing results!!! My shoulders and collar bone use to look so beefy 😭 and now my shoulders appear more slim and u can see my collar bone line instead of just fat. If that makes sense but yeah Day 4: I had a little more motivation then usual to do this exercise since I’m liking the results I’m seeing and so far it has got easier to get through the video Day 5: I did this all the way through with out getting as tired Day 6: ✅ Day 7: These exercises work I noticed that I also lost some belly fat while doing these exercise and my shoulders/arms look much better I will continue to do this exercise every once in awhile to try to get more progress but so far I’m loving the results. Hi everyone, I started working out according to the video. Thought I had an inverted triangular shape, I did work outs rarely. I was lazy and my body was slim. Nice boobs were the gift for me. But flat butt and smaller hip. I used to cover the problem with suitable cloths. But now I am fed up with that. So guys I started working out and hope to update you. I did some warm ups before the work out. Day 1- I was tired and my arms and back was painful. Couldn't follow more than 3,4 techniques under round 1. But I was dedicated. Day 2- I increased one technique under round 1. But still painful my back and arms. Day 3- completed round 1. Felt that pain is less than last 2 days. Day 4- completed round 1 more easily than day 3. Started round 2 followed 2 techniques. But less painfull and I smiled my self while exercising.😁😁 I have a hope now. After exercises my knees were painful but It mow considerable. Day 5- increased 1 technique under round 2. Day 6 - same techniques until round 2 Day 7 -

20 Days Challenge! ✅ Day 1: Tried only the shoulder part and i can feel my arms burning. Did it after 25 mins HIIT run on treadmill at 8 speed. ✅Day2: rest ✅Day3: Did only upper and lower part 1 - after jogging at 7 pace for 15 min. @@iqrabhat645 it's actually going really well. Mainly my legs and arms and strengthened up but I see the definition in my arms more so than my legs. I'm thinking of doing this 2x a day (since I'm used to the workout) while adding other things in there. Overall, starting this was hard (if you aren't used to working out) but if you continue, it definitely gets easier!

@@jade2748 I have broader shoulders, so it's more muscles than fat. I wouldn't know how to explain it but it did help reduce the muscles and make my shoulders more toned? I hope that makes sense!

Hello, I'm a teen and I started doing these exercises because I started to become self conscious of my broad shoulders and tiny waist. Despite already starting puberty, I still look similar to a 9 year old child and I really hated that. I've been doing this exercise for about 10 days so far and I started noticing my waist has become slightly smaller than it was...before I'd run my hands along it and it'd be completely square, but when I do it now I've notice a bit of some depth! My hips and shoulders are still the same but I'll keep updating. day 1 - done, really hard and my body was aching so much, i couldn't even walk down the stairs properly!! day 2 - done!!! day 3 - done :) day 4 - done :p day 5 - done, ive started getting used to the work out :D day 6 - done, my mom said my hips look big :O, i don't really see it though :( day 7 - skipped cus my internet wasn't working day 8 - done day 9 - done day 10 - done, i'm starting to get less tired when doing some of the hip work outs and i can keep doing them for longer! before i'd stop in between because i'd be out of breath. day 11 - done day 12 - done day 13 - done day 14 - done day 15 - skipped because i went out and it was too late to exercise when i got home + i was tired.

Yes I have seen great improvement in my hips I was surprised how much wider they did get and also help with thighs as well and the shoulder exercises also help with your chest area.please it a try if you haven't already.
I just finished two weeks of another workout for perkier breasts. After seeing the results for that, I’m definitely excited about the results I’ll see from this routine. Hopefully I can be more consistent with this one 😅

Yeah but having big boobs, hip dips, flat booty is the problem in having inverted triangle body, their boobs is not big that's why it's not really noticable...
It's weird. I have decent hips and I'm proud of it until I notice how wide my shoulders are compared to my hips. There's not much of a difference, but now my hips suddenly look a lot narrower to me. I will try this exercise for a week.
I'm a wide shoulder also. My toxic and negative friends saying that i'm fat i cut that ppls from my life . I deleted their contacts and avoided from me. after it i feels little free then i made more positive friends they always motivate me and keep support .then i also meditate all days it makes me confident. Literally i'm not so fat. because my organs are so thin and collarbones are so visible but idk 😐 why they calling me fat

It took a while, but I have a preference for my inverted triangle shape. I’ve never seen an inverted triangle with a hump in their back. I also like that my legs are shapely ,slimmer and not too many dimples and no folded skin. Clothing can honestly hide the rest. Our clothes are so specific that we can be more discerning with our purchases. I can’t wait to try this workout tomorrow!
Is there a community in place for inverted triangle shaped women? Like a support group where women with this shape overcame their body dysmorphia, etc. And most importanly, gym-going women with this shape, who can tell what exercises to avoid, and the ones to actually do to help balance out this shape or atleast not make it worse?

standing next to my friends, i was always taller and always was wider than them. i have a big bust for my age (i'm 16, was 38C but now I'm 40D since i've gained weight from an acl surgery i had last year since i couldn't do anything for a couple months, never got back into sports except for volleyball after that), broad shoulders, and fat on my arms that make me look even more top heavy than i already am. I have no hips, and thick thighs and big muscular calfs. I've gotten complimented on how strong i look, and i definitely felt like i looked more strong than fat a couple years ago because i was always active and always doing a sport like soccer or volleyball, but now that i've put on so much weight from last year i just feel awful in my body. i don't hate it, but i definitely don't feel as confident as i did a couple years ago. i was up to running 30 minutes at once in 7th grade, but then i broke my foot and havent been able to run for over a mile since. the acl tear was just another blow to my self-confidence. im going to try this out to try to get back to what i looked like before!
I have broad shoulder feel like monsters while somebody holds in and when we tie the hands... I always feel like to run from such gatherings, especially some slim girls are beside... So I will definitely do these exercises.. Nothing can tire u pretty girls... I m so emotional about it... I hope the best results from today.
Out of 10 sisters I'm 1of the 2 that inherited broad shoulders. This has bothered me my entire life. I was teased by three of my sisters a brother and an Aunt when I was young. I was called wide back & big back & hunchback & linebacker since I was around 12 years old. I'm much older now and still self conscious but hopefully these will help.

I doubt this training would slim shoulders because when you burn fat you don't burn it in a specific area, but from genetically-predefined areas. But you can make the hip, butt and thighs muscles bigger, thus balancing the wide upper part

Day 3: I was not motivated to do this exercise but I still did it and so far I am seeing results!!! My shoulders and collar bone use to look so beefy 😭 and now my shoulders appear more slim and u can see my collar bone line instead of just fat. If that makes sense but yeah
Day 4: I had a little more motivation then usual to do this exercise since I’m liking the results I’m seeing and so far it has got easier to get through the video
Day 5: I did this all the way through with out getting as tired

Day 7: These exercises work I noticed that I also lost some belly fat while doing these exercise and my shoulders/arms look much better
I will continue to do this exercise every once in awhile to try to get more progress but so far I’m loving the results. If ur not seeing results right away don’t get discouraged, keep going and I’m sure you’ll get the results ur looking for 😁

Hi everyone, I started working out according to the video. Thought I had an inverted triangular shape, I did work outs rarely. I was lazy and my body was slim. Nice boobs were the gift for me. But flat butt and smaller hip. I used to cover the problem with suitable cloths. But now I am fed up with that. So guys I started working out and hope to update you. I did some warm ups before the work out.
Day 1- I was tired and my arms and back was painful. Couldn't follow more than 3,4 techniques under round 1. But I was dedicated.
Day 2- I increased one technique under round 1. But still painful my back and arms.
Day 3- completed round 1. Felt that pain is less than last 2 days.
Day 4- completed round 1 more easily than day 3. Started round 2 followed 2 techniques. But less painfull and I smiled my self while exercising.😁😁 I have a hope now. After exercises my knees were painful but It mow considerable.
Day 5- increased 1 technique under round 2.
Day 6 - same techniques until round 2

✅ Day 1: Tried only the shoulder part and i can feel my arms burning. Did it after 25 mins HIIT run on treadmill at 8 speed.

Hello, I'm a teen and I started doing these exercises because I started to become self conscious of my broad shoulders and tiny waist. Despite already starting puberty, I still look similar to a 9 year old child and I really hated that. I've been doing this exercise for about 10 days so far and I started noticing my waist has become slightly smaller than it was...before I'd run my hands along it and it'd be completely square, but when I do it now I've notice a bit of some depth! My hips and shoulders are still the same but I'll keep updating.

Yes I have seen great improvement in my hips I was surprised how much wider they did get and also help with thighs as well and the shoulder exercises also help with your chest area.please it a try if you haven't already.

It's weird. I have decent hips and I'm proud of it until I notice how wide my shoulders are compared to my hips. There's not much of a difference, but now my hips suddenly look a lot narrower to me. I will try this exercise for a week.
I'm a wide shoulder also. My toxic and negative friends saying that i'm fat i cut that ppls from my life . I deleted their contacts and avoided from me. after it i feels little free then i made more positive friends they always motivate me and keep support .then i also meditate all days it makes me confident. Literally i'm not so fat. because my organs are so thin and collarbones are so visible but idk 😐 why they calling me fat

It took a while, but I have a preference for my inverted triangle shape. I’ve never seen an inverted triangle with a hump in their back. I also like that my legs are shapely ,slimmer and not too many dimples and no folded skin. Clothing can honestly hide the rest. Our clothes are so specific that we can be more discerning with our purchases. I can’t wait to try this workout tomorrow!

Is there a community in place for inverted triangle shaped women? Like a support group where women with this shape overcame their body dysmorphia, etc. And most importanly, gym-going women with this shape, who can tell what exercises to avoid, and the ones to actually do to help balance out this shape or atleast not make it worse?

standing next to my friends, i was always taller and always was wider than them. i have a big bust for my age (i'm 16, was 38C but now I'm 40D since i've gained weight from an acl surgery i had last year since i couldn't do anything for a couple months, never got back into sports except for volleyball after that), broad shoulders, and fat on my arms that make me look even more top heavy than i already am. I have no hips, and thick thighs and big muscular calfs. I've gotten complimented on how strong i look, and i definitely felt like i looked more strong than fat a couple years ago because i was always active and always doing a sport like soccer or volleyball, but now that i've put on so much weight from last year i just feel awful in my body. i don't hate it, but i definitely don't feel as confident as i did a couple years ago. i was up to running 30 minutes at once in 7th grade, but then i broke my foot and havent been able to run for over a mile since. the acl tear was just another blow to my self-confidence. im going to try this out to try to get back to what i looked like before!

Out of 10 sisters I'm 1of the 2 that inherited broad shoulders. This has bothered me my entire life. I was teased by three of my sisters a brother and an Aunt when I was young. I was called wide back & big back & hunchback & linebacker since I was around 12 years old. I'm much older now and still self conscious but hopefully these will help.

But you can make the hip, butt and thighs muscles bigger, thus balancing the wide upper part
