The look on Mel's face when Frankie started singing was well worth it.

This is another group I grew up with in the 60's. They had so many great hits together such as "Sherry", "Walk Like a Man" & "Candy Girl", "Let's Hang On!", "Working My Way Back to You", "I've Got You Under My Skin" etc. When Frankie went out on his own in the 70's, the songs "My Eyes Adored You" & "Can't Take My Eyes Off You" were big hits for him. Also he had a hit with the song "Grease" from the movie. Always loved that he was able to sing in a falsetto voice.

My favorite Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons song is My Eyes Adored You. It is so sweet and touching. Another favorite from Frankie’s solo career is Swearin’ to God.
My husband and I had the good fortune to see Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons (current members, not the original members) a few years ago. He is still one of the greatest performers around and his voice is still incredible. He is currently 87 and still touring doing 2 hour shows with only a 5 minute break to change his shirt. Just amazing!

There's a few bands out there that got really really great lead singers, The thing about this band is every sombitch in it can sing, each one of them are good enough singers to front their own band, and they're all grouped in the one, oh, fun fact personally in this band my favorite singer is the drummer I think he's got the best voice so I sent him a message on Facebook saying "hey you know i really dig your voice, I think your best singer and in the band" he said thank you, so we talk for about 30 minutes and I sent him a friend request,,,, and he approved it, it's weird we're friends on Facebook, not a whole lot of famous, talented people would have done that, the guy's a class act.

That was so cool! So much talent in that band. Wow! Thanks Shawn and Mel.
Please check out "Rag Doll". Cool story behind it. In the 60's, Frankie Valley was driving home from the airport, and stopped at a traffic light and saw a pretty little girl about 9 years old selling flowers on a street corner. She was dressed in rags. He gave her twenty dollars and her eyes lit up in a brief exchange. He drove straight home and wrote "Rag Doll" about her.
I love you guys and you really have made my day more than once.

A man and woman could meet, feel the connection and make it a great night... without a song calling her a "h*e or a h**ker or a sl*t. She was still considered a woman, a lady.
