It is absolutely hilarious that all 4 actors are now Oscar nominees (or 2-time winner in Emma Stone’s case), a fact pointed out by the sequel’s trailer. All 4 have also formed lasting friendships too. Jesse Eisenberg became a director lately, and his 2 directorial efforts (including the upcoming A REAL PAIN) were both produced by Emma Stone.
Eisenberg is in what I consider the finest movie of its decade, The Social Network, and Harrelson is in what I consider the best TV show of its decade, True Detective (season 1). Emma Stone is great in everything she's in but she was remarkable in Iñarritu's "Birdman". So much talent in one movie, no wonder it never gets old.
I love Happy Death Day! Watched it again last night for the umpteenth time. Skeptics would say "it's been done", but not for this generation it hasn't. Great horror comedy with a powerful message.

In a zombie apocalypse, guns are a death trap because they run out of ammo. Your best choices are with edged weapons, broadsword, Samurai, double sided woodsmans ax.
If the scenario is fighting one or two zombies at a time, then guns are infinitely better because you can keep the zombies away from you. If it's multiple zombies, then the average person is not going to do well with melee weapons. It takes a HUGE amount of coordination, stamina (and ideally proper training) to use melee objects. Plus, you are now super close to the zombies, so a single miss, a single hit that isn't instantly fatal, or your weapon catches on the environment and you are DONE.
Undead from 2005(?) is a zombie movie set in more your neck of the woods... though to be completely honest, I can't remember if it's set in Australia or New Zealand. Still, closer to home and kinda funny.
Zombie Kill of The Week: This script was originally written as a pilot episode for a TV series. None of the networks would pick it up because they didn't believe a weekly series about zombies would do well. So they rewrote the script into a movie. Zombie Kill of the Week was going to be featured in every episode. And as far as how well a zombie series would do, a year later The Walking Dead ruled television.

I beg to differ, blunt weapons are the way to go. A solid mace will do far more damage to both limbs and skulls than any edged weapon.

Zombieland is a great combo of horror and comedy. Gotta have them twinkies! I definitely prefer Zombieland over Shaun of the Dead. I just didn't find it funny. I am curious will you be reacting to Alien Romulus when it comes to streaming?
