    I started jump roping around a week ago after watching your videos
    At first I couldnt even do 1 without tripping
    Today I did around 15 to 20 without stopping.
    It might seem small to you but as a guy who couldmt even 1 and now doing this much , I see this as an absolute win.

      I started 1 year ago and although I was in decent shape felt super uncoordinated! Be patient with yourself until you can skip on autopilot. Then work on new moves. I still can’t double under… maybe soon!

    11 years after my child was born I've got a serious dad bod that won't budge. Somehow my wife has a fitness model bod and she's the one that actually had the kid.

    I am having trouble losing weight. I have been constantly jumping rope but I cannot seem to shed any pounds. At first I thought it was because I was eating too much. Now I am wondering if I am eating too little. I will take any advice you can give me.

      Was 290 lbs back on 6/8 and lost 59 pounds as of last Sunday 11/7 so I’m now 231 so I would second the JRD comment and video in saying not just counting macros but counting calories as well as having cardio sessions (losing fat and calories) but also muscle building sessions (maintain muscle which burns calories more than fat itself), and of course don’t neglect rest days and recovery sessions, yes it’s a lot of logging stuff in a fitness app but it’s worth the effort….I would say for the last 5 months it’s more mental than physical, best of luck to you Deanna, don’t give up 🔥

    7 to 9 percent is extremely ripped type low
    You are in range of 11 to 14 percent range, which is also great and 100 times better than most of the average people

      But some people does have tendency to have thin skin

    Never had an actual DAD BOD. He had to crunch forward and squish his torso together to make it appear that he has extra there. A true dad bod is someone 20 to 30 pounds overweight. That is why you have 72k views but only 1.6k likes.

    How is intermittent fasting when you have amono acids, ac have calories, which equals breaking a fast? Plus, having few grams of protein, or excuse me, amino acids is not sufficient enough to trigger muscle protein syntesis. All those amino acid supplements are waste of money and are not complete protein, have whey protein it has them all, full scoop, since you break your fast with other suplement.

    How does an average, 9-5 dad, keep up and count calories???? I can always eat less and in moderation but counting macros and whatnots is a big "I don't know how".

      @@JumpRopeDudes logging is the key! I have a 9-5 sedentary job. I finally said ... ENOUGH of the weight. I lost 15 lb over 3 months by tracking, making adjustments to do better and started jumping rope after work for 30 minutes in increasing intervals.

    Okay first, good for the dad body gone......but he's under 40 and if over 40 men have no problems at that age. Every guy boasts...even I did and my nick name was 2% cause my body mass index BMI was 6% which means my muscles most likely had 3% body fat. 165 lbs of lean sexy muscle and I walked around LA just like that with shirt off. Every guy under 40 or under 50 will boast BUT ALL MEN CAN GET THAT SAME BODY OF LEAN....yet most still have love handles.
    I'm just saying......let's see all these guys when they get 60 and 70 years old and their body hurts just getting out of bed. lol
    Anyway, ya got to move, cause you've got one final sleep otherwise.
