You guys are the reason I started my jump roping journey, because of you and your videos I lost 60 pounds! I was always struggling with my weight for so long as a child and now I’m an adult who finally beat obesity! I tried everything. Until I stumbled upon the JRD channel I don’t know where I would be without if I didn’t find u guys. I’ve been a consistent and dedicated jump roper for 8 months now almost 9. I’ve learned SO MUCH FROM YOUR CHANNEL, very grateful to have such inspiring hardworking people like u and Dan. Farewell Brandon gonna miss u🤝❤️

I don't usually comment on videos, but I have to say this. My fitness journey started with this channel. It was only after getting a jump rope and doing your follow along workouts that I started to see actual results and for that I will always be grateful. Thank you for creating this community. I wish you success in your future endeavors man.

I came across your channel at the start of the pandemic and stay-at-home orders. I was gaining massive weight, felt disorganized and depressed. You folks have no idea how much your channel basically kept me alive and going in a cesspool of negativity on social media and the news surrounding the pandemic. I want to thank you. Good luck to you in your next move.

I'd like to thank both of you guys and give a special dedication to Brandon. From France. Over the last four years, I have started and then regularly trained thanks to your video. Always the same, from a sunny training on a tennis court, sunglasses there, bringing the sun into my apartment. It drumbeats my daily routine to work out whatever my moon. After a recent three months break, I have resumed my rope training, still connected to the JRD network, making four times in a row the 15mn work out. Turning on the appropriate music, the mix is then ready to make the rope turning and turning. Needless to say, big thanks.

I started skipping in 2020 during the pandemic. JRD got me interested in skipping because I'd done it before and it was an excellent form of exercise that really helped me to to tone up and keep fit. I am still doing the thing today on a regular basis. Thank you for inspiring me.

Thank you, thank you, and thank you once again for all you’ve done for the community you created. I started jumping rope because of you guys, during lock down when so much was happening in my life alongside the pandemic. From you, I learnt how jumping rope was effective exercise, as well as a form of meditation. Jump rope is now my go to exercise and I actually enjoy it all because of you two.
You deserve all the best and I wish it all for you. Thank you!

Both of you guys have taught me how to jump rope. I can't express how much I appreciate your channel. Now, jumping rope is a part of my life, a part of me! I take one with me when I travel. What's even better? I can do some SPICY thangs with the rope: Crossovers, double unders, speed sprints, flow, shuffle, charlie brown etc etc. I get lot of compliments on my jump rope skills and I always refer them to your channel (and crossrope too because it IS the best rope). I NEVER believed I could reach an expert level but you guys taught me all the tips, tricks, and methods to having a healthy relationship with failure through exercise, particularly jiu jitsu kettlebells and jumping rope which allowed me to take my fitness to the next level
Thank you both for everything you do!

I'm feeling a little sad and yet happy and grateful. I'm sad we're now at Jump Rope Dude, as I loved the chemistry between you and Dan. I've gotten so much from your videos and it was this channel that inspired me to start my 5-6 day/week jump rope practice (which I am a year into and I totally love!). I'm happy that you're following your heart and doing what lights you up. So, while you'll be missed, I have no doubt you're going to set the world on fire doing what you love. I'm so grateful for all of the knowledge, inspiration, and brilliance that you've shared. I've benefitted so much. I wish you all good things for the future. And I'm excited to see all the awesomeness Dan has in store for us. Thank you Brandon! You're awesome!

In 2017 I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. I was studying and working, so I was struggling to find some sort of movement to treat this new illness complicated to understand at the time. I was really confused and scared. I remember the day I found your videos and I felt like they were the exact thing I was looking for. I must have watched dozens of them in the same day. The way you talked about exercise and losing weight with SIMPLICITY at the core in such a friendly, casual and even funny way. Then, I started listening to all of your old podcast episodes and I began to change the way I see health, fitness, mindfulness, discipline, motivation… Something far beyond jump rope as a tool.
You guys changed my life, and even changed me and the way I see life. Even though we never met, I see you like the friends who were with me through a very difficult time in my life and helped get up and keep going. I’m so grateful I found your content years ago. You are amazing people.

I love your channel, you guys got me into the jump rope and cross rope. Before I began watching your content I would always just do machine cardio at the gym and you got me back into jumping rope. Thank you!

    Hey Brandon.
You and Dan are the reason I started jumping rope. When the lockdown started I ended my membership at the local gym. Working in the aviation industry I suddenly saw myself having too much of a sedentary life. I decided to commit to an even more disciplined life during the pandemic. I started watching a few fitness videos on youtube, but after a week or two I felt I needed to level up. I remembered watching a video explaining the benefits of jumping rope, but I came across two issues: I didn't know how to jump rope and I didn't own one. I called my father to know if he still owned his and if I could borrow it. After a positive response all I had to do was learn to jump. I searched jump rope tutorials on youtube and the first video that I got from the results was Dan teaching the basics of a basic jump on top of a parking lot. Fast forward to the present, here I am, still working as a flight attendant, but always with my two crossrope sets in my luggage. Thank you for your "presence" during all training sessions at home. Best of luck to your life and project.
    Greetings from Portugal.

You have been fabulous. I started watching 2 years ago and your jumping programs have changed me in a positive light. I’m feeling great. Looks are in the eyes of the beholder but I went from 177 pounds to 140 in a year. From size 12 to a 2/4. I’m now 48! I just got my ropeless Crossrope pack and I see muscles I never thought possible. You both have meant so much to so many people. I want to thank you. I wish you much luck and happiness and hope to see you on the fitness circuit. 🌷

Thank you Bran and Dan! Found this channel in 2018, then re-found it during the pandemic when my gym closed. Even though my gym has been open for a couple years now, I haven't been back because I haven't NEEDED to go back. I bought a set of weights and a bench, and I jump outdoors. Best fitness choice I've made pretty much my entire life.

Best of luck, Brando! You guys were some of the first that the algorithm sent my way when this flabby dad was looking for a conduit to enjoyable fitness. Since then, I've used jump rope to launch into meaningful fitness and even my own channel. Both of you have definitely contributed to my own positive relationship with fitness. Thanks again and I hope you all the best in mental performance coaching.

Thanks Brandon. You and Dan have been great coaches and someone to look up to. The fact that you have taken the time to make this video and explain the background story is just another testament of your great character. I’m sure you will do well in your mental performance business. And I’m sure I’ll be here for the great content the Dan will put out.
