    You can (and should) enter the temperature and time, at the beginning, then hit start. The grill will preheat to your desired temperature, then tell you to add food. When you close the lid the timer will start to count down.

    I got my Ninja unit last week. I stumbled on this recipe about ribs. I I am very good at smoking ribs outside, but in San Antonio, Texas in August the temps outside are terribly hot. So what better way to start to using the Ninja. I followed this recipe to the T! and oh my goodness!!! in just 40 minutes I had some of the best ribs I have ever eaten. It can't be this easy...but it is!!!

      @@CookinWithJameswhat cooking time do you recommend for baby back ribs on a ninja FOODI grill

  • @janbourassa3216

    I made this today for the first time, on my new Ninja grill. They came out perfect. My baby backs were a little thicker, so they took a bit longer to cook. I'll definitely be doing this again. Thanks for helping a beginner!

    Love your vid recipes! So much more interesting than printed cook-books. I just bought a Ninja grill - totally amazing! I would recommend it to anyone, especially if they are single. It's kinda hard to cook for just one person.
    The only thing I've added to your recipe here is provolone cheese. I add it about 2 mins before the ribs are finished.

    I buy everything based on reviews. Some said this was hard to put together th-cam.com/users/postUgkxCx5fHawkK9OoV-ojFrY8JLnZrFwAmvUt some guy said 2 hours and 2 beers later. I didn't drink beer like I was going to. I didn't feel like going to the store. I'm assuming I would have had at least 3. I took my time. Stepped outside for a cigarette break a couple times but all in all it was about a 3 hour project for me but it wasn't like it was difficult or anything . Only pictures but everything is pretty organized and labeled although I didn't see any #s on the actual pieces like it shows in the diagrams. Only the screws were labeled. On the cardboard part of the packaging on the back side. I put it together in my living room too. It wasn't supposed to rain today but it's Michigan and I couldn't wait so I put it together in my living room. Without beer but beer would definitely have made it more fun that's for sure. I'm giving this a 5 for easy assembly. I'll update after it stops raining when I can take it out of my living room and cook some food on it. Hope this helps at least for people who think they can't put this together because I did and you can too . And there are extra screws. I got nervous and immediately came here to see if others had the same experience and they have. You're not doing it wrong. There will be extra screws. Be patient. Don't rush it. Drink beer. Happy assembling

      Going to try your method tomorrow I have the newest version of the foodi grill and my ribs are bigger so I'm hoping I can cut it to fit both pieces on. If mine turns out that good I'll be happy. Plus air frying frying. This will be 2nd time I've used since Christmas. I did Steaks, the only thing I need to get use to settings on the newer one it's a bit different. Steaks were awesome 👌

      @@CookinWithJames I think I figured out why it's because the American version measures in Fahrenheit whereas the UK version and most of the world measures in centegrees centigrade therein lies the problem as to why the temperature readings are substantially different however it did the job either way so fantastic addition to have in anybody's kitchen thanks for the response

    Why wouldn’t you just cut the rack of ribs and a half and placed in the other way on the grill instead of cutting off two ends?

    • @CookinWithJames
      @CookinWithJames  2 ปีที่แล้ว
