For those still struggling with sleep. Try paradoxical intention. When you can't sleep, just stare blankly at the dark at night. Don't touch your phone even though you're bored. Do nothing and don't even worry about how important it is for you to sleep early. Your worries are what's keeping you awake.

I wonder what happens to the brain everytime we put in mountains of effort just to receive the result of a peanut. This can be very discouraging and unmotivating. How do we over come the awareness of our bad luck. It's hard not to assume your next efforts are gonna return void like the rest.

Hopefully something comes around to help both of us And let's not forget that no matter what our emotions say, logic will time and time again prove that we are in fact useful and can contribute things.
