You are absolutely right. This is the exact point we are discussing around time 22 minutes of the above video. Housing is a basic necessity and with the current state of complexity surrounding the documents (as discussed in the video) we all need a formal education/ awareness on these things. We all should have education on financial planning , achieving financial independence, power of compounding , importance of investing early , entrepreneurship , saving taxes and off course real estate related basics right from our school / college system. 😀

Sir, ഞാനൊരു പുതിയ വീട് വാങ്ങി... രജിസ്റ്റർ കഴിഞ്ഞു ആധാരം കിട്ടി.. പോക്കുവരവ് കഴിഞ്ഞു ഭൂനികുതിയും ഓൺലൈൻ ആയി അടച്ചു... പക്ഷെ വീട്ടുനികുതി അടക്കാൻ ഓൺലൈനിൽ പോയപ്പോൾ പഴയ ഓണറുടെ പേരിൽ തന്നെ ആണ് അത് കിടക്കുന്നത്... അതെന്താണ്? അതെങ്ങനെ എന്റെ പേരിൽ ആക്കുന്നത്? ഓട്ടോമാറ്റിക് ആയി മാറില്ലേ? ഇനി ഞാൻ എന്ത് ചെയ്യണം?
