    Have a 2019 300S that was having this problem. Replaced bulb twice and stopped working. After seeing this video, popped hood and checked fuses for both lights, both fuses were partially melted. Replaced fuses and all now works fine. Thanks for posting this video! Saved me a ton of money!

    Well my 2015 has a fuse that can be changed. It is number 15 in the fuse box on the passenger side front in the car. It is labeled as spare on the cover, but it lies. The book says 15 is left and 16 is right. I just changed the fuse.

      In this situation. The fuse and slot on the fuse box melted on mine, they ended up moving the headlights to a different empty fuse spot on the box.

    A THREE TIME FIX ON 3 DIFFERENT CHRISTLER VEHICLES WITH HID LIGHTS. Go to the fuse box under the hood and look for the headlight fuses The diagram on the reverse side of the cover tells you where the left and right headlight fuses are usually 20 amp. It wont be blown but melted over on the blade that slips into the fuse connection and giving it a bad connection. Scrape the blade clean with a razor blade and re install or replace fuse. The fuse is melting due huge amps running thru the box and wire

      i don’t have a fuse for it tho. Does that mean it’s connected to the computer ?

    Where are you that the speed limit is 77 miles an hour? Montana?
    I have a limousine fleet of 15 Chrysler 300, 200, minivans, and a 40 foot 300 limousine. Plus a 1972 Imperial for trips to the Masters and my favorite a 1979.Chrysler New Yorker Fifth Avenue edition. I had the exact problem as you on my 1997 Lincoln Town Car. That is why I went to Chrysler. And I never looked back.

    Unfortunately they are not the only manufacturer to use to that style of PDC or fuse box.

    Join an owners club and ask the members for advice before trusting main stealer, they just fit new parts and don’t repair what you already have

    My Chrysler 300 is having problems with the adaptive cruise control, stability control and the ABS. I just had it in the shop for almost a month fixing the issue. After I put a new battery in the car, all the problems came back. Does that mean I have to get my computer reset, or clear the code or something!? Or is the power module the culprit. My passenger side headlight just went out yesterday

    So I totally forgot to make a update video to this... Found an alternate repair that cost $300. Warranty covered the repair all but $50 and did NOT cover the rental car. Still happy with the results though. No more headlight issues.

    • @MatthewSerta1
      @MatthewSerta1  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      From how it was explained to me, they simply moved the wire and fuse to a different junction on the fuse panel and that supposedly fixed whatever issue it had. Have not had any issues since, so I guess whatever it was worked.

      I am having the same sort of issue. Only passenger side headlight does not come on. Replaced with new lamp still did not come on. Put the old one back in. After doing so i bumped the positive post on the fuse box and it came on. I can wiggle it and the light comes on, after its on wiggling it will not turn it off. Dealership cannot figure it out. So now if i want the light on i have to open the hood and move that post.

      It ended up being a melted fuse box. They may be able to move your headlight fuse to another spot in the box, but it’s overall a bad design.

    Hi I have the same problem I have Chrysler 300C 2013 and it's my right headlight on the passenger side and I'm in Antioch California where I could go to get mine done because the dealership is asking $2,700 to fix it.

    so what happened to the 2015 chrysler 300 headlight issue/ power control module?

    • @MatthewSerta1
      @MatthewSerta1  ปีที่แล้ว

      The issue ended up being in the fuse box. It got too hot and melted. They relocated the fuse to another empty spot. Seemed to fix it.
