Realized last night that both headlights were out on my Charger (daytime running lights and fog lights still worked). Pulled both fuses and sure enough they were burnt up. Replaced for $4 and all is good now. Thank you!
You just saved me money. I have spent money all together $3500.00. I TH-cam my problem you came up so I did everything you did and my problem is solved. I had 3 fuses burned. My light are brighter and my interior lights work properly. Thanks again.

Mannn, why doesnt this video show up FIRST. I watched two separate videos on Hiw to even change the head light. Removed the top panel for no reason, then the bottom panel near the front tire, for no reason because my arm couldn't fit. After an 1 1/2hrs I got the bulb out from the top. Paid $129 to Replace the bulb, 30mins to get it back in only to find out it was a fkn FUSE! MAD AF!

I’m realizing it’s from condensation that gets in the headlight. It’s just a tiny bit on occasion and then it’s not long the fuse is blown. Water and electricity don’t mix. In the old days this wasn’t an issue but of course this this high tech stuff gets hot. I own 3 different dodge hellcat vehicles right now-this is common. There’s a way to check the light fixture for air leaks and seal them. There’s TH-cam videos on it.
So I finally checked the fuse and what do you know…. Lol. I changed it and BAM! Headlight is fixed. I wanted to changed the headlight again to the original one to see if it still works but imma leave that for another day
Quick question i have a 2018 dodge challenger and both my low beam and high beam lights not working but the ring lights work. Idk what this is what do you suggest. I just checked the fuses i don't have fuses in my fusebox but my lights was working without it.
OMG your awesome!! Dodge OEM part to replace module ballast & bulb was $850 not including labor and the 10 cent fuse was the only problem. I asked them if they checked the fuse and apparently they only checked the fuse in the trunk NOT engine compartment.
Nice video I got the same problem on a 2016 SE but I have no fuse in those locations but passenger light work but driver side does not only the halo ring what's my problem I see need slot for head light fuse only the ones you show

Thank you, I almost bought a new bulb. I saw this and put the bulb back in checked the fuse. And yup, melted, I replaced with the spare. Light now works.
Man this video saved me a lot of headache. My right headlight was flickering and I saw this and decided to check my fuses. Well to my surprise, I open the fuse box and there was no fuse in either slot for the headlights. I’m wondering how the headlights were working at all. Put 20Amp fuses in both slots and problem solved.

Good looking out I had the same problem with my charger and just changed out the chips because they were melted. You can also buy the chips from auto zone for $5 !!!

I bought hellcat headlights and used a wiring kit online as I have a 2009 challenger. The headlights will work perfectly fine when I press the unlock button on the key but once I turn the car on they flicker and will not come on. Any ideas??

@@AUDIOCAT I believe it’s halogen bulbs I just know besides the ring light around it being on it’s like the other lights that post to be on are not brighten up enough and when I drove one time in the dark I couldn’t really see and the ring light wasn’t really all that bright for me to see the road at night but I don’t really know if it’s the fuse or what that’s acting up my dad said it could be the fuse but he bought some lights to see if that’s what it needs I just know that the headlights aren’t bright enough to see at night to drive but do u think your method is what I need to try to fix them ?

Same issue, only passenger side headlight not working. Both headlight fuses were burnt. Replaced both, passenger side still not working. Tried a new bulb also, nada. Is there anything that needs to be reset?

It tricky if hid it got a clip on bumb put bulb in first then put on clip if holegen that's easy it fit 1 way like hid bulb but no clip
