Thank you very much for this amazing knowledge, wanted to ask about some mantras, is it possible to chant one after, "Om prem Kamdevaya namaha", then "Om kleem Kamdevaya Namaha", then after it Kamdev Gayatri mantra "Om Kamadevaya vidyamahe, rati priyaye dhimahi tano annanga prachodayat"?? These 3 mantras are aligning with each other to be chanted every day 108 times?
If you are not initiated by a Bonafide guru kindly do not chant any beej or Gayatri mantras, especially Avoid lustful mantras like the ones you have mentioned. Avoid approaching devatas like kamdev as it shall increase lustful tendencies that shall manifest as mental problems and dreadful diseases as well. Always chant sattvik mantras of Bhagawan. If you are not initiated I would recommend that you chant the Hare Krishna Mahamantra or Shri Ram Jay Ram Jay Jay Ram.
Can i chant narasimha ashtottarshatnam (108 names) Is it ok to read it without initiation? Should i add an om and namah to each name or should i just read the names And pls give me a milestone like 1000 times 3200 times etc as u like Or how many times should we read it each day for its complete activation Pls guide me on this ...also pls tell me if there is any specefic way of chanting this or any additional info as u like
It is better that you can add Sri in all the Namas and namaha can be chanted as it is. Chanting of Om is not advisable without proper initiation. Yet you can chant any ashtottara Namavalis, this way. Best is to take up one of the namas from the list and chant it atleast 5 to 10,000 times a day. When you are doing such heavy chanting, drink lots of water, avoid non-veg, keep Brahmacharya, avoid onion/garlic/mushrooms/red-lentils. If you do not follow the above rules as you do heavy chanting, there can be severe symptoms, where the body can throw up and lot of negativity can cloud the mind. So, if you are taking care of the above restrictions, things can just be fine. do not watch movies or see or hear anything that excite your senses. Eat Prasadam which is super satvik with less spice and medium salt.
What is the best for balancing udana vayu?which mantra without initiation or mudra or pranayama, yoga poses? What do you recommend?thanks
For All Types of Vayu Balance, it is best to chant Sri Hanumate Namaha, which does not require initiation.

@SpiritMeaning but shree is a beej mantra
Is it ok to chant that instead of om
@@Kartik-o9q4z Shreem is a Beeja Mantra not Shree. You can chant the mantra with Shree, no problem
